** Addison had been going through a wave of mental emotions during her last months of pregnancy. As she inched closer to her due date her patience, and energy started to wear thin. Addison was almost 8 months pregnant, she had felt huge growing her baby girl. The consistent stress of working and preparing for the baby's arrival was daunting her. Tim had been the best support system he could be. He would spend time on the weekends building the nursery with the help of Nolan. While Lucy secretly planned her baby shower with the help of Tim and Angela.
Tim knew Addison was struggling with her confidence. The two barely got out, and were intimate with each other. Addison was struggling with her mental health, the more her belly grew the more her mental health decreased. Tim had decided and persuaded Addison to have a date night as the couple desperately needed it. Addison was wearing a black dress that hugged her body, while Tim was in a button down and jeans.
Under the soft glow of candlelight, Tim and Addison were seated at an intimate table tucked away in the corner of a chic rooftop restaurant, the city skyline sparkling like a thousand stars. The melodic strains of a jazz quartet wafted through the air, blending seamlessly with the distant hum of the bustling city below. Tim had gone all out, the two rarely going to nice fancy restaurants. They both preferred non-extravagant restaurants.
"So, what did you order?" Tim asks as he took a sip of his glass of red wine. Addy smiled "I got the grilled chicken" she says glancing around the restaurant. Tim nodded "Nice, I got the sea bass" he says. There was some awkwardness behind their conversation. All Addison wanted to do was get out of the comfortable dress.
She scratches the back of her head "Do you-" they both said at the same time. Tim laughs "Do you want to go somewhere else?" Tim asks. Addison nodded her head with a laugh "Can we go to Kona's food truck by the beach? I could totally go for a shave ice and a hot dog" she says as she could feel her mouth water. Tim laughed and waved down the waiter "Sounds good to me" he says.
Although the idea of having a fancy dinner was not happening. The two were still very much thankful that they could still have date night together. This time more comfortably. Addison was changed into sweatpants with one of Tim's t-shirts. While Tim was in similar attire.
Addy sits at the table having small conversation with Tim "See, isn't this way better than a fancy restaurant with a tight dress?" Tim asks her. Addy laughs as she takes another bite of her food. This was way better than the restaurant.
