** Four weeks, exactly one month that's how long they were broken up. The two barely spoke to each other, unless it was at work. It was killing Tim, not speaking to Addison. He didn't want to be without her, and every day he came home to the empty house, it made him more depressed.
Meanwhile Addison, was going through it. She had been sick for a month. Constantly nauseous, gagging, and even slight weight gain. She didn't know what was going on. But, when she walked by her calendar her heart had stopped.
"Oh Fuck, you've got to be kidding me" she says. She looks down at the red heart formed around the date. She couldn't remember the last time she got her period.
Was their a possibility that she was pregnant? And if she was what was she going to do? Addy had made a note to get a pregnancy test today after her shift.
The thought of her being pregnant she wanted to cry from sadness, and happiness. She always wanted a family but, not alone.
** Addy had gotten to the station the drive to work was unusually silent for Addy, as she was lost in thought. When she arrived she walked over to the briefing room. Noticing many officers already in their waiting. She spots Angela sitting down as she takes her seat on the side of her.
Tim watches as Addison walks into the room he takes in her appearance. Her tight grey shirt clung to her body, followed by her black pants. He noticed she looked good. She didn't look sick, It looked like she was taking care of her self. Her face looked fuller, and it had a glow to it.
He averts his gaze to Sergeant Grey who walks in dressed in a suit. Meaning he was probably going to testify against a criminal.
He waves his hand down calming down the surprised officers "All right, all right. Settle down. The suit's for court. Right now, I want you to focus on the other person not in uniform this morning Detective Harper. Anyone want to tell me why a T.O. would be wearing her most comfy maternity clothes out on patrol?" Grey says.
Addison smiles "Plain clothes Day " Lucy says. Thorsen nods as he was confused to what that meant "What's that?" He asks.
Tim steps in "Today, Detective Harper will be with you as your shadow, not your T.O. Her only job is to observe. So act as if you're on patrol alone and handle it yourself accordingly." He explains.
Thorsen nods his head understanding what that meant for him "Alright, you're all dismissed" Grey says.
Addy stands up and gathers her notebook. Tim walks up to her his gaze is soft "Hey, you okay?" He asks her.
