November 30th, Thursday - 1:48 pm
The faint jingle of the café wind chimes rang behind you as you stepped out onto the street, stretching your arms above your head.
The cool afternoon air greeted you, a refreshing contrast to the warmth inside the café.
You glanced at your phone—1:48 PM.
Pretty early.
As you start walking home, you put in your earbuds, scrolling through your notifications.
A few unread texts, nothing urgent.
You exhaled softly, mind shifting gears.
Since you got off work so early, maybe you should go home, change into something nice, and head out for a bit.
You deserved it.
A little shopping, maybe some good food—you hadn’t treated yourself in a while.
With that thought in mind, you picked up your pace, heading home.

You arrived in your apartment as you set your things down—your bag by the door, your phone on the counter—before making your way to your room.
You already had an idea of what you wanted to wear, something cute yet comfortable.
Digging through your closet, you pulled out a white tank top and slipped it on, pairing it with medium-washed flared jeans that hugged your waist just right.
Over the tank, you layered a cropped, short-sleeved light blue button-up, leaving it unbuttoned for a more relaxed look.
To finish it off, you grabbed your black purse and laced up your black Converse.
