"There you guys are!" Mina's voice rang out, bright and dramatic.
You both turned as she jogged up to you, the rest of the crew trailing behind her—Kirishima with his usual wide grin, Sero and Denki both already mid-laugh, and Jirou just looking tired of them all.
"We thought you ran away or something," Mina teased, brushing snow off her coat.
Bakugo rolled his eyes, hands shoved in his jacket pockets. "Did you hit your head or something?"
Mina blinked. "Huh?"
"You told us to meet at the entrance," Bakugo said flatly, jerking his chin toward the area you were currently standing in.
"Oh," she paused, then grinned sheepishly. "Right. I did say that."
Jirou gave her a side glance. "You said it like three times."
"Yeah, okay," Mina waved them both off, linking her arm through yours playfully. "Anyway. Glad you didn't disappear into the snow."
Kirishima clapped Bakugo on the back. "Man, we were this close to making Denki text you both like twenty times."
"Really?" Denki frowned, "Man, I would've loved to do it."
Sero snorted. "Exactly why we didn't let you."
You smiled, falling into step with Mina as the group started moving toward the snow free concrete, light chatter picking up around you again.
Bakugo walked a few steps behind with Kirishima, still quiet, but not annoyed—just... normal.
Mina kept her arm loosely looped with yours as you stepped on a sidewalk, her voice rising just enough for everyone to hear over the crunch of boots on snow.
"By the way," she said, glancing back at the others, "Momo texted. She and Todoroki headed out already to grab the table for us."
You raised your brows a little. "Oh, they left already?"
Mina nodded, unlinking her arm. "Yeah, she said it was better so we didn't have to wait when we got there. Reservation's under her name."
Kirishima grinned. "Man, she's got it all figured out, huh?"
"She's Momo," Jirou said simply. "Of course she does."
"Wait, wait," Denki piped up, lifting his hand like he was in class. "If they're already there, does that mean the food's already coming too?"
Sero laughed, nudging him with his elbow. "Dude, calm down. You'll survive ten more minutes."
Denki grumbled something about "hunger" under his breath.
