Which Flash villain is more evil?

Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: Which Flash villain is more popular evil?

I posted this on my conversations post and as of the making of this chapter 4 people responded and said Eobard Thawne aka Reverse-Flash.

Which I mean..... yeah it's most definitely Thawne.

You see the thing about Hunter Zolomon aka Zoom is that he's a pretty tragic character. I know most of you guys know Zolomon in the TV show but in the comics, he's actually pretty tragic, his father was a serial killer who killed his mother after she reported to the police that he was a serial killer then he would go onto be shot by the police, but despite that Hunter Zolomon was actually a good guy he was best friends with Wally West who was the Flash at the time but then he got injured by Gorilla Grodd but when he asked Wally to travel back in time Wally refused so Zolomon decided to do it himself which resulted in him gaining powers and become Zoom. You wanna know what's interesting about Zolomon is that despite being a villain, he still cares for Wally in a way in fact the only reason behind Zolomon's is just so he can make Wally a better hero, so in a way Hunter does have some redeeming qualities that doesn't make him truly evil to me he's more of a tragic villain than anything and I know there are some comics where Zolomon redeems himself but this ie comics he won't stay redeemed for long. Nevertheless despite his despicable Zolomon still wants Wally to be a better hero which honestly shows that in a way Hunter does care for his friend Wally despite being on opposite sides and as such I think Zoom is more of a tragic villain rather than an evil person.

But Eobard Thawne aka Reverse-Flash is a completely different story. He's more than a villain he's flat out evil. Unlike Zolomon who can be argued as he's a villain because he's a victim of circumstances, Thawne is evil for the most pettiest reasons like let's take a look at his backstory. He killed his more successful younger brother, his career rival at the Flash Museum, and every single boyfriend his crush had until there was no one left but him. And when she still rejected him, he went back in time again and made her an invalid for the rest of her life. Thawne is quite literally the walking definition of petty, he got mad at Berry when he found out Thawne fabric crime so he could show up to save the day, then despite discovering that he was destined to be Barry's greatest enemy instead of fighting destiny he embraces it which leads to do horrific shit to the Flash family as petty and cruel as humanly possible. First he pushed Barry down some stares, erased his best friend from history, kill his mother and framed his father. He even told Barry he'd go back in time and adopt him as his own son and that's not even beginning the type of other shit Thawne is willing to go to make Barry's life as miserable as possible yeah he is just pure evil. Also Thawne is the reason Zolomon became Zoom in the first place all so Wally could have his own Reverse-Flash. This man Thawne has no bounds. Zolomon did some pretty messed up shit but he's complete child's play in comparison to Eobard. So yeah Reverse-Flash is more evil no contest.
