Starting in last place is Harry Potter. Outside of the Killing Curse or Torture Curse, Harry doesn't have anything magic related in his arsenal that could come remotely close to the other four and he also doesn't have the reaction speed to keep up with anyone. He definitely doesn't have the power to compete with him. So yeah Harry is the first one to go.
The next person to go is Coco. While is is significant stronger than Harry ain't terms of power being city block level and is faster than him as Qifrey literally react to lightning based attacks and while her spells are decently powerful they aren't powerful enough to compete with the other three.
The next person to go is Luz. Now don't get me wrong Luz is way more powerful than you think especially in her Titan form she literally scaled to the Collector who moved the freaking moon and if her light based spells are to be taken at face value that means she's at best relativistic and she has some incredible powerful spells, but the problem is the other two are not only have significantly better spells but are also potentially more powerful and can speed blitz her with little to know effort to go.
And the last person to go aka the runner up is Akko. Akko may be the most powerful of the five as her Shiny Rod can reach planetary feats and is stated to hold up stars and is relatively light speed comparable to faster broom of her world the problem is while she is faster and more powerful than the 3 and has some pretty insane spells she lacks the intelligence and not deadly magic needed to take the win.
Which means Frieren is ultimately the last one standing. Not only is drastically more experienced then the other four on this list spending 1000+ years learning how to use magic and fighting demons, but she's also nearly on par with them in terms of speed if we put the spears of light at light speed, on top of that she has spells that can create black holes, special magic that literally shatters space, and spells like Zoltraak which is an instant win. Not only that but she can analyze all four of their magic spells in mid battle and bid her time to unleash her true power when she isn't suppressing her mana to strike when the moment is right and not only does she have better defensive magic but she's got anti-magic spells that completely renders all of the four's magic useless against yeah. Frieren has too many spells at her disposal she can use to gain the win has relatively similar stats to keep up with them. Definitely say Frieren wins this battle royale.
