Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: Which Persona group are you joining? As of the making of this chapter, four people responded and gave interesting answers.

These groups are great in their own way and there are many reasons to join them. But for me I'm joining the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.
The Phantom Thieves are a unique brand of heroes because unlike most heroes, they don't just use powers or gadgets to target a person they literally target the mind itself . In Persona 5 there is this concept called Palaces where it houses the Shadow of the target and it represents their distorted desires and it represents how evil (or broken in Futaba Sakura's case) they are and in the Metaverse there's also a treasure which is basically someone's "heart" and the core of their desires, if you remove that the Palace collapses and the Shadow goes back to the person and in the real world the person goes under a Change of Heart where all the evil and power they feel vanished completely leaving behind nothing but guilt. For example their first target Kamoshida was a narcissistic volleyball coach who abuses his students to the point of injury and even sexually assaulted female students leading one of them to attempt suicide and almost die from it. But once his treasure is removed all that's left is a crying shell consumed by guilt and confessed to his sins. This is huge because realistically cases like this would take years to solve and the Phantom Thieves solved it in less than 24 hours. If I join them I would be the ultimate detective any cases or scandals that would take years to solve, I could solve in a single night and having the power to change people's hearts the world might finally breath again. A robber can walk into a police station to turn himself in, a corrupt police officer might wake up and decide to become a genuine police officer, a abusive parent would actually wake up and become a genuine parent. And it's not just criminals I can also use the Change of Heart to help others in need: For example a person suffering from society's abuse and is thinking about suicide can wake up and call a therapist to seek up, someone with darkness in their heart consumed by guilt will be able to move on, a misanthropist and nihilist who isolates themselves would wake up and decide to fit into society. It doesn't matter who they are the Phantom Thieves will target anyone if they have evil or darkness in their hearts and the world needs people like them so I'm definitely choosing to join the Phantom Thieves.
