Alright guys it's about that time and I'm gonna share my thoughts on the the next Death Battle which is a rematch between Mewtwo and Shadow.

I don't give a shit if we just had a Sonic character this season in the form of Cell VS Metal Sonic, I'm all for another Sonic character appearing especially since it's my goat Shadow the Hedgehog.
Boy I can't believe it's been over 10 years (July 1st 2016) since the original version of this fight came out and that shit was utter garbage in every way not only did they get the outcome wrong by having Mewtwo win but how they got there was some complete and utter bullshit, they downplayed Shadow so hard it's not even funny. Granted they did downplay Mewtwo as well but they did more so on Shadow's end. They said Shadow couldn't resist mind or memory related control and needed outside help to do so, but not only did they ignore the fact Shadow resisted mind control against Black Doom and other Sonic characters have resisted mind control in the past, but the clip they used to downplay Shadow was LITERALLY from Sonic Boom which is non canon to the games. Not to mention the animation itself was straight dodo garbage.
Honestly with all the flaws I have mentioned I mentioned let's just hope that Death Battle learned from their mistakes they made 10 years ago, but after seeing peak with Aang VS Traveler I do hope they do this one right too. We'll just have to wait and see once September 20th arrives.
