As of the making of this chapter 4 people responded and it looks like it's a tie between Kafka and Mikasa.

Now if we're strictly talking about Yor as Thorn Princess you can definitely make an argument for her because as Thorn Princess, Yor was dangerous as fuck. You knew from the moment she looks at you with those red cold blooded eyes of hers and she then politely asks "My I have the honor of taking your life this evening?" She was about to shove a thorn up somebody's ass, catching bodies left and right killing politicians as far back as when she was just a child she's the last person you'd want to see. However the reason why she's low on this list is because Yor in general has an awkward and clumsy personality which is mostly probably because of family life which takes away massive amounts of aura she had, I mean I know her brother Yuri can take care of himself as an adult but still. Nevertheless when she's Thorn Princess, Yor definitely had some aura if it wasn't for Loid and Anya entering her life and starting the Forger family and softening her up she would've definitely placed higher.
The thing about Mikasa is that while she has aura that's only the case when Eren is around. Ever since Eren saved her from the kidnappers, Mikasa's been attached to him like a loyal dog and bodyguard so if anyone hurts Eren she will immediately takes action the problem is that's the only time when she has aura because when it's everyone else like Armin for example in Eren's shoes she fails to regain the aura she had when she's around Eren. Don't get me wrong the death stare she gave Bertholdt in season 2, the cold hearted quote when she told Annie she was going slice her into pieces, and her slicing down Yeagerists in season 4 are all clean as Hell but most of the time that's only the case when she's around Eren. No offense to Mikasa but this is a bad look for you especially since you're so obsessed with Eren. Although I will give her credit for at least stepping up and killing Eren in the end to stop the Rumbling but that's not enough to place her any higher.
Whether she was fighting the Heartless in the Realm of Darkness, or any other enemies from across the universe, Aqua always goes hard. There's a reason she's a badass Keyblade Master because she knows what's up and now's how to get the job done. Even when trapped in the Realm of Darkness. All alone as a result of all the tragedies and losses she went through, Aqua never falters because she will literally stop at nothing until she's reunited with her friends Terra and Ventus. She's a perfect example of what a badass woman looks like. Granted she was corrupted by darkness and became Anti-Aqua and had to be saved by Sora, Riku, and Mickey but even then I won't hold that against her because what happened to her wasn't her fault that was Ansem's and two as Anti-Aqua she was even mor colder. Either way this is way Aqua is the best female character in all of Kingdom Hearts because you can throw literally everything at her ane she'll still come out looking cold as fuck. Aqua is a true heroine and a great badass.
But Kafka ultimately takes the top spot here. Ever since the moment we met her she was literally nothing but walking aura. She slaughters enemies without breaking a sweat her cold and calculating mind brings destruction in her wake, literally everything about her is just straight up terrifying, Kafka's aura is so strong most enemies would literally shit themselves out of fear. And what makes it even worse is that sexy voice and her hot ass body she can literally use her assets to her advantage to utterly destroy enemies. And don't get me started when she brainwashes you with her Spirit Whisper. All she has to do is say "Listen to me" and you're cooked because now you're completely drawn to her. That wicked and seductive smile of hers alone speaks volumes of how terrifying she is. So yeah I'd say Kafka definitely has more aura on this list.
