Alright it's about that time and EmmanuelPorter8 wants to know: Which one of these video game sidekicks is truly the best one to have?

After looking into it deeply I think the best sidekick to have would probably be Tails.
Don't get me wrong Luigi is capable, like he can do mostly the same stuff Mario can, he can jump higher and do a flutter jump but that's unfortunately just about it for him as Luigi is sometimes scared when it counts and even then sometimes a sidekick having the same kind of powers and abilities as you can only get you so far.
But Tails on the other hand is a completely different story. Not only does he have a completely different skill set from Sonic such as being able to fly with his two tails and take anyone places but he has an IQ of 300 and is an engineering genius and has used his smarts to outsmart enemies. Sure he's scared to but he never lets that get to him so I definitely pick Tails.
