Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: Between the fathers listed here which one you think Bowser would hate the most? As of the making of this chapter only four people responded and two out of the four said all of them.

I don't know what y'all were thinking when you said all of them when that's not even remotely close to being the correct answer.
First one out is Ging simply because he's simply a deadbeat as the worst he did was just leave Gon in the care of his cousin when he was a baby. Honestly I don't think Bowser would have a problem with that I mean sure he might like the idea of Ging choosing to explore the world than raise his son but at best he might be annoyed but considering Gon spent 12 years of his life being raised by his cousin I can see him letting it slide. Although where Bowser would draw the line is when he found about the incident where while Gon was in a coma, Leorio, asked Ging will he visit his son, Ging refused and made excuses and pissed of Leorio odd to the point where he punched him and after Gon wakes up and finally wakes up, Ging only agreed to talk to him because the whole crowd was booing. Bowser might be pissed off at Ging for at least not checking on his son and for being a deadbeat dad, but compared to the other fathers on this list, Bowser's anger would not be that bad.
Next one out is Omni-Man. Yes Bowser would absolutely hate the fact that Nolan beat his own son to the brink of death, especially since that is something Bowser would never do to Bowser Jr, and especially since Nolan called Debbie a pet something that would no doubt piss Bowser because with Bowser Jr's mother, Bowser Jr would not be born to love him, but once he learns that Nolan was trying to do better and be a better family, Bowser would probably let him slide, especially after knowing Nolan sacrificed himself in the fight against Thragg and Mark would go onto to defeat Thragg and take his father's place as Emperor of the Viltrumites. So if it was Omni-Man from season one he'd definitely hate him but if it was Omni-Man after season one I can see Bowser having some kind of respect for him especially since he eventually made up for his actions to be a better father.
Next one out is Endeavor because while yes Bowser would utterly hate the fact that Endeavor's treatment of his four children, abusing Shoto during training, neglected Fuyumi and Natsuo, and is the reason Toya became the villain Dabi, as well as abusing Rei to the point she has a mental collapse and ends up scaring Shoto on his left side. Bowser would loathe those actions especially since he would see the irony that he a villain treats his family like his son and the Koopalings better, while Endeavor a hero, literally treats his family straight up like garbage all because he's mad at the fact that he's always number two and could never take All Might's spot as number one. Bowser may understand having someone to hate such as Mario, but his hatred for Mario wouldn't stop him from being a good father. But like Omni-Man once Bowser learns that Endeavor is doing better trying to atone for his treatment for his family and seeing that everyone in the family besides Natsuo and Dabi forgive Endeavor, Bowser will probably cool down his hatred for Endeavor, even if he would agree with Natsuo.
So it really comes down to the next four on this list. Next one out is Rosa. Bowser would be furious that Rosa put the One Tail inside Gaara while he was in his mother womb which by the time he gives birth his mother died, and be beyond furious that he saw Gaara as nothing but a weapon ensuring he had a life of loneliness as an outcast. Even worse he literally forced his brother in law to not only attack with the intent to kill Gaara but lie to Gaara and say his mother never loved him. And Gaara ended up becoming the monster we saw in part one. Bowser may hate what Rosa did but the only reason why he wouldn't be as mad is because karma eventually caught up to Rosa when he was killed by Orochimaru, his son Gaara became a better person thanks to Naruto giving him the Talk no Jutsu, and when Rosa was revived for the Fourth Great Ninja War, Rosa did apologize to Gaara for his treatment and told the truth that Gaara's mother and uncle didn't hate him. Although Bowser would probably want more than just an apology to be a better father.
In third place I have Fire Lord Ozai. Despite being a conqueror himself, Bowser would definitely hate the fact that Ozai told Zuko that Azula was born lucky while Zuko was lucky to be born and he'd be beyond furious that Ozai burned Zuko's face just because he talked out of term during a Fire Nation meeting. Bowser would not like his treatment of Azula either because Ozai didn't treat Azula out of genuine love he viewed as nothing more than battle fodder just as much as he viewed Zuko. Bowser may be a villain but the moment he sees Aang kicking Ozai's ass and taking his bending and the moment his own ex-wife Ursa calls him out for having no room for love for his family or even himself and Ozai is powerless as his ex wife reclaims her power over over him, Bowser would literally be the biggest cheerleader you will ever see, he's gonna stop whatever plans he has of kidnapping Princess Peach and pull up to the Fire Nation just to laugh and make fun of Ozai.
Next up is Vinsmoke Judge. I can definitely see Bowser being beyond furious at Judge because yes he trains Junior and the Koopalings to be the top commanders in the Koopa Troop and conquers he still treats them with love and respect as any father should, so the fact that Judge literally tried to alter the DNA for his kids so they wouldn't have an ounce of human emotion or empathy to become mindless soldiers. Now thankfully Judge's wife took a drug that ensured kids like Sanji and his sister would have emotions but that just makes Sanji's life tougher because Judge would literally have his own psychopathic sons beat the shit out of him because he had the nerve to have human emotions. Thankfully Sanji did escape and eventually found a better family but still Bowser would hate Judge for his treatment.
But the father I think Bowser would hate the most is Shou Tucker. Out of everyone on this list nobody will ever be as vile as Shou primary because he turned his own daughter Nina into a Chimera by merging with his daughter and dog. Even worse is around two to three years prior he did the exact same thing to his own wife. Boy once Bowser learns what Shou did to his own family especially his own daughter, Mario would have to fight with all his might to stop Bowser because the Bowser that usually sets traps in his own castle only for them to be used against him would be replaced by a cold calculated father that would no doubt give Shou the meanest death stare known to man and fire breath Shou alive and he will watch as Shou dies a slow painful death until he is sent to the deepest depths of Hell. The sheer idea of a father doing some horrific merging to his own child just to keep his license would royally piss Bowser off so much as a father that he'd hate him more than Mario, and he'd treat Shou worst than what Scar did. Yeah I definitely would say Bowser would hate Shou Tucker the most.
