Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: Between the four characters listed here who would be the best archenemy for Light Yagami from Death Note? As of the making of this chapter four people responded and two out of three said Deku.

Denji is honestly the first one out because I honestly don't really see that much of good dynamic between him and Light. Most of Denji's archenemies are usually attractive women with big asses and big boobs and since Light has none of those, I don't think Denji would give a damn about him, so unless Light decides to target someone Denji cares about, then I don't really see Denji viewing Light as a problem.
Next one out is Tanjiro because while yes he would view Light as no different as Muzan or any demon, he doesn't have the smarts or intelligence to solve the Kira case and even if he does I honestly don't see how the dynamic can evolve on a personal level unless Light decides to write a loved one of Tanjiro's on the Death Note.
So it really comes down to the next to. A dynamic between Deku and Light would be interesting and maybe reach a personal level. However this immediately falls flat when you realize that Deku would likely try to save Yagami if not out right pity him. No offense to the two who chose Deku but honestly don't think he'd be a good archenemy to Light at all.
But you wanna know who would be a great archenemy? Yuji Itadori. Out of all the MCs on the list Yuji is the only whose dynamic with Light will reach a personal level. Because Light is basically a human version of Mahito. Yes he started off using the Death Note with good intentions such as killing criminals who truly deserved to die, but he let all that power go to his head and just like Mahito he developed a egotistical god complex and started killing people left and right for no other reason but his own pettiness and his own ego and enjoyment. This dynamic actually works because Yuji would see a lot of Mahito in Light and would vow to take him down because Yagami's ideology completely contrasts its Yuji's of a proper death, true justice, and humanity. And unlike the other 3 on this list Yuji is more than willing to kill him. I can totally see Light using the Death Note to crush Yuji's already broken spirit by killing lots of innocent people. It would make hoe Yuji beats him all the more sweater. And honestly if Light thought that L was bad, just he waits until Yuji gives him the same look he gave Mahito. And honestly the moment Light is exposed and cornered and starts begging for his life, Yuji's gonna shove a big ass Black Flash right up Light's ass. Yeah I definitely pick Yuji.
