Which pure evil villain are you defending in court?

Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: For 100 billion dollars which one of these villains are you defending in court? As of the making of this chapter 3 people responded and two said Homelander.

This might be an unpopular opinion but though some of y'all might think Homelander is a better option for me it's actually not.

That being said though Shou Tucker is the first one out. After what he did to his wife, daughter, dog, and other animals Hell would literally have to freeze in order for me to defend this bastard. Now if it's the 2003 version maybe I'll consider because at least that version tried to make up and redeem himself by undoing what he did. But the Brotherhood and manga version? That's definitely a Hell no.

The next one out is Homelander. Why the Hell would I want to defend him. Yes he was born into a lab and Vought turned him into a monster but in my opinion that actually doesn't excuse what he did because I can name dozens of heroes, villains, and anti-heroes who were in the exact same position and never did what Homelander did. Even the villains who went on a rampage had for more sympathetic motives than Homelander. I would literally have to start World War III before I ever defend this bastard otherwise I would be the first person to request the judge to call Omni-Man so he can feed Homelander his own heart.

Speaking of Viltrumites, Thragg is also a Hell no. Other than the fact that he destroys entire civilizations when conquering planets but he literally took an entire civilization's women just so he can rape them and create an entire army of Viltrumite hybrids and then proceed to sacrifice them in the process. I know rape is apart of Viltrum culture but Thragg doing what he did knowing that most other Viltrumites have changed on Earth is why I can't defend this man.

Next one out is Emperor Palpatine. He's committed multiple atrocities across the galaxy, destroying the Jedi, turning Anakin into Darth Vader and so many more unthinkable things I'll be the first one to advocate for the death penalty for Palpatine.

All For One is also a Hell no. He committed thousands of mass murders, stole people's Quirks, turned Shigaraki and Dabi into villains, and so many more he did all that just so he can become a Demon Lord he saw in the comic books he reads. Then if Yoichi refused to join him he killed him then after he killed Kudo he then proceed to kill all his relatives just off of pure hatred. Then revealed that he also groomed Shigaraki creating his tragic backstory just to spite Nana Shimura. Hell no I'm executing this asshole.

Ironically Mahito is the better option out of everyone on this list. Yes he's committed the most atrocious acts in all of JJK killing people in the worst possible ways with his main power Idle Transfiguration. But here's the thing: He only did this because it's in his nature. The only reason why Mahito is even born in the first place is born from human hatred and negative emotions and therefore never understands the concept of right and wrong and never will. Bro is basically a wild animal doing what's in his nature because of humans feeling negative emotions or feelings. If you are some stressed about working, driving, school, losing a gaming competition, your first date with your crush I'm sorry you are cooked, you're the reason Mahito was born. If you are feeling mad, sad, anger or any other negative feelings I'm sorry you are cooked. You're the reason Mahito was born. If you really think about all the atrocities Mahito has done is basically our fault because we feel hatred and other negative emotions. You can't expect someone who is literally born evil as a result of humanity's darkest thoughts and feelings to know the concept or right and wrong let alone understand the concept of good and positive emotions. So yeah I'm picking Mahito no question. Easy money.
