Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: If you were in Billy Butcher's shoes what would you do with a powerless Homelander? (besides killing him) as of the making of this chapter two people responded and gave interesting answers.

Now for context in The Boys series finale of the show Billy Butcher and the Boys battled Homelander in the White House for one final time and in that fight Kimiko infects him with a modified, Compound V-related virus that completely strips him of all his powers leaving him vulnerable and at the mercy of Billy to the point of begging for his life that he'll do anything, only for Billy to impale Homelander with his crowbar and pop the top of his head off, ending his reign of terror once in for all. Now if it were me in Billy's shoes and I see Homelander begging me for mercy I would do something MUCH worse.
First I'm gonna ask him to hand over Vought to me since that's what he offered Billy in the show. I would have him hand over all of Vought's resources and have him make me the Head or CEO of Vought right then and there. The reason why I'm accepting this offer is because though killing Homelander is satisfying, he's just a smaller problem in a much bigger game because at the end of the day Homelander only existed is because of Vought and as long as that company is still around, unless the actual law enforcement, US Army, or the United Nations intervene investigate and arrest and dismantle Vought, they can still create another Homelander despite the inevitable backlash they will receive worldwide thanks to Homelander. So I will definitely accept Homelander's offer by having him handing over control of Vought to me on a silver platter. Once I become head of Vought I'll have Homelander on a literal lease and have the Boys go into the building download all of Vought's data to show the world all evidence of corruption for the world to see and then I'm gonna have the Boys plan bombs in all the rooms that have Compound V and destroy them as well as any blueprints and data that contains tools of creating Compound V and ensure they are never created again and therefore they can never create anymore profitable Supes again. As well as set the entire building on fire and take all the buildings money that Vought has to become rich off of Vought's money.
After I'm done with Vought I'm taking Homelander to the streets on a leash with him on all fours to the streets in front of an angry mob who will no doubt see Homelander as the false god and fraud that he really is and with all the evidence of his crimes as well as Vought's and have them beat the dog shit out of him for a few minutes. Afterwards this is the part where things get downright devious. I'm going to have Homelander strip butt ass naked in front of the whole crowd and ask every angry woman to come in line and have them RAPE him. Normally I would never condone, support, or cause rape especially if it's a woman raping a man but in this case I'm gonna make exception for my dear pet Homelander. You really think I'm gonna let you sit there at my mercy telling me you'd bring Becca "back" when you're the one who raped her in the first place?! Hell no dude because of what happened I'm gonna have a couple of women come close to you, naked as well and their gonna rape the dog shit for several hours and it's gonna be more than the 3 hours you gave Becca and trust me I'm gonna order you to enjoy. Every. Second. Of it. And once Homelander has been violated enough I'm gonna use my venom string powers to rip out your heart, feed it to you, and then make you swallow and crush your head. Just like Omni-Man did on Death Battle.
So yeah if it were me I would have him hand over Vought to me so I can destroy it and Compound V to ensure they are never a problem again, and then expose Vought and Himelander's crimes to the world with actual evidence and then being Homelander out to an angry crowd so they can beat him up. And with the cherry on top: Having Homelander get raped by some women so he can suffer what Becca suffered but 10 times worse and then after that I'll finish the job and put him out of his misery forever. Yeah that's exactly how I would handle a powerless Homelander if I were Billy.
