If we're strictly talking about Ben as a human I think my choice would probably be Yuri Lowenthal. Though I mostly know him as Sasuke from Naruto I never would thought he'd voice someone like Ben. Yuri surprisingly has pretty good range when voicing Ben first time watching Ben I was immediately surprised and shocked by his amazing performance. Tara Strong is more iconic sure but I think Yuri killed it as Ben as a teenager.
But if we are talking about Ben's aliens it's a tough one but my best choice would probably be Steve Blum. Ever since I first heard him as Heatblast I don't know he always seems to stick out for me. Maybe it's because Heatblast is the first alien we saw Ben turn into so I suppose it makes sense. I feel like Steve was definitely an interesting case in my eyes and I think he did a fantastic job, so in terms of aliens I would say him.
