Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: Who had the more justifiable reason for becoming a villain? As of the making of this chapter only 3 people responded and two people said Eren Yeager.

Starting in dead last is Billy Butcher. I remember laughing when people deadass told me that Billy was an anti-hero when thought that was the case in the beginning that was not the case by the end. Like I get it Black Noir raped his wife Becky and basically killed her or if you only watched the show then Homelander did it. But what he did after killing Black Noir was completely unjustifiable. Bro literally went on a Supes killing rampage including against his own teammates only to be stopped when he wanted to be stopped by provoking Hugie into killing him. And if you think the show version is gonna remain an anti-hero, think again even in the show Billy still wants to wipe out Supes over something one Supe did. Billy was justified when it comes to killing Homelander and Black Noir but after that he was unjustified.

Injustice Superman is on the same boat as Billy. Yes the Joker tricked him into killing his pregnant wife Lois and made him trigger the bomb that destroyed Metropolis. Joker definitely deserved to die because of it. But it's what happened after this is where he's unjustified. Superman would go onto become a tyrant ruling the world with an iron fist killing anyone who stands in his way. And he's unjustified for many reasons. Not only are there some criminals that only do crimes just to make a living and have no genuine malice, but he also kills other heroes who disagrees with him. He killed Green Arrow after his arrow killed his adopted father Jonathan despite the fact that Green Arrow was aiming at him and he was the one who deflected Oliver's arrow. What's worse is that he killed Shazam a literal teenager just for speaking the truth. Shazam may have been a teenager inside an adult's body but he's still a teenager basically a kid and he didn't deserve to die like that. And he ends up killing innocent people once they realized how much or a tyrant he is then he planned to conquer the main DC universe too. Superman may have lost Lois at the hands of the Joker, but that doesn't justify him trying to play god.

As for Ken Kanaki yes I understand his tragic circumstances as Kanaki really wanted to protect his family and friends and achieve peace between humans and Ghouls but he still ended up sadistically killing people some of which didn't deserve to die like he straight up killed millions of people. Though he does eventually realized that he was in the wrong and some of what happened wasn't technically his fault, Kanaki wasn't really justified in going rogue.

Ironically Eren Yeager is the more justified to being a villain than everyone else on this listen. Yes he killed 80% of the human population but we have to think about Eren's perspective for a second. First and foremost Eren wanted to explore the world outside the walls and Paradis Island but then he finds that the entire outside world wants to destroy Paradis over shit their ancestors did 2000 years ago. Then he kissed Historia's hand and found out he was actually destined to commit global genocide only to die at Mikasa's hand. Bro tried his best to change the future but when he found out there was no way Eren had no choice to but to do what he was destined to do. Like straight up Eren had a few options: Either he sits back and relax and watch his island get destroyed, go along with Zeke's plan of euthanizing Eldians and still get destroyed, go along with Armin and Hange's diplomacy and 50 year plan and still get destroyed, or do a partial Rumbling and destroy the world's military bases and still get destroyed. Regardless of the options Eren knew Paradis was screwed so his only option was to do a full scale Rumbling on everyone outside of the island this is all because the world decided to pick a fight and lost so badly. Eren's actions may be more horrific out of anyone on this list but he actually had more enough reason to be a villain because he did it in self defense cause the world wants his people dead over something their ancestors did so it's definitely Eren.

But y'all let me know who you picked in the comments.
