The first one out is Celenike that is a child rapist and pedophile and a woman who has no problem raping anyone who's a male ain't no way I'm freeing her. Boy that would be an absolute nightmare because the moment I unlock the cell door she will immediately pin me down, torture me, rape me, and then kill me and walk out. Yeah she can rot in that cell for all I care.

I would never free Azula. Ursa may be terrible mother and Ozai may have manipulated her but she is still mentally insane and before someone brings up her solo comic no, as long as she's still has that past of hers lingering she's still mentally insane so that's a Hell no. Until she gets a true redemption arc until she reconciled with Zuko, the only time I'm letting her ass out of prison is if I'm heavily guarded and I escort her ass to Arkham Asylum. Other than that I'm not risking getting burned to death.
Given Caster's love for Souichirou Kuzuki and given she's trying to return to her original home I would feel sorry for her and I would free her but then again the chances of her turning around using Rule Breaker on me as a Uno reverse card and throwing me in prison or out right killing me aren't zero percent.
Ironically enough Anissa is the safest answer because she is far more human than the rest of the characters on this list. She actually got a redemption, she cares for her son Marky, and she wouldn't instantly kill me if I did free her. So there's enough reason for me to free her, I may not like her especially for raping Mark but that's honestly child's play compared to the monsters on this list. So yeah I'm choosing Anissa.
