Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: POV: You are a police officer or authority figure of the law and you are tasked with catching one of these criminals which ones are you choosing? As of the making of this chapter 4 people responded and gave interesting answers.

The first one out of here is immediately Itachi Uchiha. His reputation alone is more than enough to scare me let me remind you this is the same Itachi that placed Kakashi, one of the strongest Jonin of the Leaf village at the time, in a coma with his genjutsu alone. What the Hell do you think he's gonna do to me a random person who in this case is a police officer? Even if I'm a trained ninja once I stare at Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan I'm either placed under a coma or outright dead.
Next one out is Powerplex because this guy will quite literally fry me if I get too close to him. Maybe if I were to wear some electrical suit I could probably detain him but given how his powers work I would be unsuccessful.
The next one out is Himiko Toga. Toga is clearly good at evading the law and heroes for years so I doubt I have any chances at success. And even if I do find her there's going to be problems like here's how my encounter with Toga will go: Most likely gonna happen is Toga is probably just use her Quirk to disguise as another officer probably my assigned partner that she killed without my knowledge then when I least expect Toga stabs me with a knife and she drinks my blood as I die slowly in agony. Toga has lots of ways to get the drop on me I'm not dealing with this insane mentally ill lunatic.
Speaking of insane mentally ill lunatics the Joker is also out. They call him the Clown Prince of Crime for a reason and that's because of all the messed up shit he has done, blowing thousands of people up, shooting people without breaking a sweat and don't even get me started on his Joker toxin that shit will literally make me die of laughter. The only way I'll survive an encounter with Joker is if Batman shows up to beat his ass otherwise I'm as good as dead.
Another person I'm not trying to catch is Wilson Fisk. Not only is he a crime lord and crime lords are the hardest to catch but this man is so muscular unless I'm Spider-Man or Daredevil I will die by just one hit alone. But that's also assuming Fisk doesn't send any assassins after to ensure I don't catch him. By the time this case is finished I'm either killed on sight or brought over to Fisk who will kill me himself. Either way I'm dead.
Next one out is Kafka because for as much as I love her from the prospective of a police officer trying to catch her she's a total nightmare. Firstly Kafka's completely impossible to catch literally random IPC troops couldn't catch her what makes me think I stand a chance? If she doesn't kill me she will either tie me up in her wires, or brainwash me with her Spirit Whisper or other officers to do my bidding. Kafka's a slick and intelligent woman who hasn't gotten caught once and the only times she was caught was all apart of Kafka's plan as she escapes literally moments later, she escaped the Xianzhou, the IPC, she even escaped the Jepella Brotherhood and dominated the living dogshit out of them. Yeah no, I don't care if Kafka's worth 10,399,000,000 dollars no amount money in the world is going to convince to catch her I'm cooked if I encounter her. I would rather be on Kafka's side if anything.
While we're on the subject of master at escapes the next ones out are Micheal, Franklin, and Trevor. They may not have powers or tricks like everyone else on this list but catching them is still easier said than done. We have to remember throughout GTA V every heist they do requires perfect planning and it's clear that said perfect plans have paid off because these guys have been in dozens of police chases and shootouts even against the fucking US military these guys have managed to escape them. That requires extreme levels of intelligence and careful planning. So if an army of US soldiers or thousands of squad cars couldn't catch them what makes you think I would have a shot at catching them? Because by the time I arrive on the scene they're already gone, at best I'll probably catch whatever bad heist members they hired but beyond that I'm screwed. A 5-star wanted level is just a regular Tuesday to Micheal, Franklin, and Trevor so it's no surprise.
Which means Shou Tucker from Fullmetal Alchemist. As far as I know Tucker isn't much of a fighter, he has no superpowers, not very good intelligence and no escape plan he's just a piece of shit who merged his own daughter and dog like lab rats so Tucker can run all he wants I'm still gonna catch his ass. Yeah I'm choosing Tucker for sure.
