There are so many characters that are who are the worst of the worst, the complete absolute scumbags that you just love to hate or hate to love. There are dozens of examples of these kinds of characters but for me the two characters that come into mind are Danzo Shimura from Naruto and Cocolia from Honkai Impact 3rd.

These two characters are surprisingly similar.
The connections between Danzo and Cocolia is that both are corrupted official leaders with dictatorship goals who are responsible for major events that happened throughout the story, in their youthful days fought in major conflicts (First Great Ninja War and Second Eruption, respectively) and are apart of major groups/organizations (Konohagakure and Anti-Entropy, respectively) but both are also leaders of their own subgroups in said organizations (Root and ME Corp, respectively) both have done some shady and messed up things such as experimenting on children as well as attempting create something from the late founders of their organizations (Hashirama Senju's Wood Release and Welt Joyce's clones, respectively) both of them have traumatized and ruined the lives of the series's deuteragonist (Sasuke Uchiha and Raiden Mei, respectively) as a result of manipulating family members (Danzo blackmailed Sasuke's brother Itachi to siding with Konoha while Cocolia framed Mei's father Ryoma having him arrested for fraud so she can take ME Corp) and are indirectly responsible for major for major incidents that shaped the lives of the deuteragonists (Uchiha Clan Massacre and Third Eruption, respectively) both have also taken in major emotionless children (Sai and Bronya Zaychik, respectively) and placed something in them to keep them loyal and in check (Danzo placed a cursed tongue seal on Sai to keep him from leaking information about Danzo while Cocolia planted a brainwashing chip in Bronya to ensure her loyalty) but said children would go onto turn against them, both have also worked with and made deals with major villains (Orochimaru and Gray Serpent, respectively) who are also members of villain organizations (Akatsuki and World Serpent, respectively), both have also indirectly killed minor characters (Shisui Uchiha and Wendy, respectively) to take possession of their powers (Shisui's Sharingan and Wendy's Gem of Desire, respectively), despite their plans both were doomed to fail and were ultimately defeated in different ways (Danzo would ultimately go onto to be killed by Sasuke after the Five Kage Summit while Cocolia would go onto be arrested for her crimes by Anti-Entropy after the Sea of Quanta)
So as you guys can tell by these two are extremely similar in both their actions and characters. But what if I was to tell you that despite all their similarities there are differences that also separates the two? Join me today's discussion we're going to be comparing these two characters and find out what the difference is and by the end of the chapter I will tell you who I think is better person by comparison and who is the absolute worse. Their backstories
The first thing I want to go over for both characters is their respective backstories. Hole we don't know much about both of them truly we only know for like a few panels those panels are enough to tell us everything we know about them personally even back then.
