About 4 months ago my good friend MLPFan001 made this post reveals that the official Death Battle is allowing people to vote between these 10 matchups pictured below. Now I know I'm not a Death Battle fan considering I will be retiring from powerscaling very soon, I thought I'd make this post to give you guys and rank these ideas from worst to best. Now to be clear I don't know if one of these actually won by now but nonetheless I'll do my own ranking list based on my own opinion. With that being said let's get started.

And at the bottom of the list I have Tracer VS Scout. I literally don't care for any of these characters nor do I care for Overwatch and Team Fortress. I never watched the episode therefore I have no say in the matter.
Up next is Master Chief VS Doom Slayer and that matchup's on the same boat as Tracer VS Scout. Don't care for the characters and don't care for their series.
And like the last two, Terminator VS RoboCop is a matchup I don't give a shit about.
Now moving onto the most interesting matchups we have the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Battle Royale. It was interesting when it first came out but honestly I see no real point in this other than updated research. I would preferred if the Ninja Turtles returned as a team and fight against another team in a team battle.
In 6th place I have Ben 10 VS Green Lantern. While at one point I disagreed with the outcome after further research I'd say the outcome is accurate but Ben was kinda downplayed. That being said I don't see any reason why this should even return when we already know who wins.
In 5th place I have Mario VS Sonic 3. I know both characters are downplayed back in 2018 but seriously. Why on Earth would anyone want Mario and Sonic to become the new Goku and Superman? If you want to do a rematch of a Mario VS Sonic matchup, Luigi VS Tails and Donkey Kong VS Knuckles are right there. And even then after Bowser VS Eggman I think it's best if Death Battle doesn't touch those themed matchups. Mario has opponents like Link and Kirby and Sonic has people like Mega Man (and yes I don't care for Classic Sonic VS Mega Man. That MU can go to Hell). There's no reason for Mario and Sonic to fight each other again.
In 4th place I have Peach VS Zelda. Honestly I wouldn't mind seeing this one get a rematch I mean it's not like both have any better and I think this one could be interesting to see as Mario VS Zelda MUs are DRASTICALLY underrated in my opinion.
Coming into the top 3 we have Gaara VS Toph. I wasn't even a Naruto fan when I first watched this and even I think Gaara should've won. This fight is a one sided massacre in Gaara's favor and even Death Battle themselves sort of acknowledged this via Deadpool VS The Mask. I think this fight does deserve a rematch.
Coming in at the runner-up is Yang VS Tifa. I don't know what they were smoking when they have Yang win but it's just ridiculous. If you compare the power and speed gap with Yang who is at best island level and FTL and compare that to Tifa who is universal+ and MFTL it's like comparing a tiny rock to a mountain it's not close. And that's just me downplaying Tifa the outcome and the research is ridiculous. Though I would rather have Tifa fight Makoto Niijima from Persona, I wouldn't mind this being a rematch and like with Gaara VS Toph clearly Death Battle themselves acknowledged their wrongdoings as shown in Deadpool VS The Mask.
But Mewtwo VS Shadow is number one. That fight deserves a rematch not only would it redeem Shadow (and no Shadow VS Ryuko doesn't count as it's in Hell) but I think Mewtwo was also downplayed as well. That being said Shadow has far superior stats and better hax like Chaos Control too much for Mewtwo to handle, especially since Shadow and other Sonic characters have resisted mind hax before and even beat Silver who also has psychic powers. I think it deserves a rematch the most.
