you and javon have actually known each other since kindergarten...you were in the same class but you didn't actually speak to each other until halfway through the year.
you were, unfortunately, that little girl in school who would get upset over the smallest things. while others found that annoying, javon found it pretty funny.
so one day at lunch time, you opened your hello kitty lunchbox and frowned. your mom forgot to pack your apple juice box. little javon was sat beside you when he heard a sniffle.
he looked over at you. "whats wrong?" he asked softly and you looked at him when you heard his voice. "my mom forgot my juice box..." you answered sadly.
javon reached his small hand into his batman lunchbox and pulled out a juice box. apple juice to be exact. which happened to be your favourite!
"its okay — you can have mine!" he spoke sweetly. a smile appeared on your little face and a gasp left your lips. "oh, really? you mean it?" you asked happily. he nodded quickly and held it out to you.
without hesitation, you took it and wrapped your arms around him. "thank you!" you said in the politest voice. he smiled too, dimples forming on his cheeks.
"will you be my friend?" he asked and you nodded with a big grin.
"duh!"
little did you know, 20 years later...javon would be on one knee in front of you asking;
