Jess's P.O.V.
We were seating at a table near the back of the restaurant. And by we, I mean Louis, Todd, Larissa, Carry and I. Unfortunately I was forced to go out to eat, even after 5 solid minutes of begging and pleading. I agreed to bowling and only bowling. Of course with my luck I was sitting right between Larissa and Louis. I constantly kept sliding my chair towards Louis, in small increments so no one would notice. At least Larissa and Louis weren't sitting beside each other, or that would be bad.
"So Jess, how is school going?" Carry asked.
"Oh its going good," I said. Lies, lies, lies, lies, lies, I thought to myself. The whole Tyler thing and just my general dislike of school was enough for me to never go back.
"Any plans for university yet?" she asked.
"No," I replied. I still didn't know what to do with my life. Suddenly I felt this unusual sensation going up my leg. I looked down quickly to see Louis' hand slowly sliding up my thigh. I grabbed his hand flinging it off my leg. A small smirk formed on his lips as he continued to pretend to be in the discussion that was happening across the table.
I went back to eating my food. After I knew for sure he was done. Shortly after I felt fingertips tracing patterns on my inner thighs. I went to grab his hand again but he was too strong and I couldn't pry his grasp from leg. I felt him going further and further up thigh making his way to my shorts. I quickly slammed my legs shut, his hand getting squished in between them. He jerked it out, the same smirk rising on his face again.
"So Louis, how are things with the band?" asked Todd.
"Good, they are coming down here in a couple of weeks to visit actually. You guys should meet them," he said.
"Ya ok," said Larissa excitedly. I really wanted to smack her across the face. It wasn't that she said something annoying, it was just her voice.
"Got to take them to the bar one night," said Todd.
"Ya, they are heavy drinkers no doubt about it," Louis said laughing a bit. The conversation carried on again. Carry going on about her life, Larissa going on about her life and Todd replying to it with little to no interest what so ever.
Again Louis hand made its way over to another part of my body. This time he was trying to get in my pants, like literally trying to get in my pants. His hand went right for the button on my shorts. I was surprised at how fast he was able to get it undone. His hand slowly started to slide down my stomach and in to the front of my shorts. I quickly kicked him in the shin, his knee hitting the table and making a loud noise. Everyone at the table looked at us.
"Oh my gosh Louis, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to kick you!" I said, pretending that I didn't do it on purpose.
"No that's ok," he said. I detected a hint of pain in his voice. It was my turn to smirk at him.
"Excuse me, I have to go to the washroom," I said, standing up. I made my way to bathroom, checking and making sure I looked alright. I did up my shorts, the ones that Louis so courteously undid for me. I checked myself one last time before exiting the bathroom.
I walked down the narrow hallway that lead the bathrooms back to the dining area. I soon as I passed the men's washroom, something grabbed my arm tugging me through the door. I went to let a scream but someone covered my mouth. I was hushed.
"Calm down it's just me," Louis said. He removed his hand from my mouth.
"What the-" before I knew it his lips were on mine, cutting me off mid sentence.
"You do not know how long I wanted to do that," he said, almost out of breath.
"What are we-" I was hushed again and pulled into a stall. "Oh a men's bathroom how romantic," I said sarcastically.
"I'm sorry but I can't sit beside you and not be able to..." he stopped talking.
"To what?" I asked curiously.
"This," he said as he his hand reached behind my neck pulling my lips to his. I wrapped my my arms around his neck pulling myself up closer to him. I didn't even care that we were in a bathroom, I just wanted him.
I tried to pull away him only pulling me closer.
I managed to get out a quick,"Louis," in between kisses. He stopped. "We need to back or else they know something is up," I said.
"Right," he said, pouting. He let go of me. "You go first I'll wait," he said. I walked out the stall, and out of the bathroom making sure no one was around. I walked back to our table casually sitting down like nothing happened.
"Are you alright? You were in there for awhile," asked Todd.
"Ya I got a phone call from Amanda," I said, quickly. The chair beside me was suddenly filled by a presence. I watched Louis sit down beside me.
"Sorry about that, got a phone call from my manager," Louis said. Really, we came up with the same excuse?! They all looked at us and nodded slowly.
I felt fingers slide in between mine, locking our hands together. Louis thumb gently ran over my thumb. All I really wanted to do at that moment was stand up and scream at the top of my lungs that Louis and I were dating. Tell my brother he would have to deal with it. Show them our intertwining hands that we hide under the table. So why didn't I? There was no one in this room stopping me. Why didn't I follow my heart instead of my brain? I feel like the only thing I can and ever have done is lie, lie to keep everyone happy.
So I'll put a smile on my face and do what I know best and lie, because lying is so much easier than the truth.
