"Can I just stay with you forever?" I asked. My hand was on the door handle, ready to exit the car but something was stopping me.

Louis just laughed and shook his head.

"You could, but considering you're only 17, it makes me look kind of bad on my part." I groaned and leaned my head against the window.

"I just don't know what to expect when I get in there." Did Todd tell my mom what was happening? How pissed is Todd? Will I be grounded until I move out?

"Well you'll never know unless you go in there." I let out a long sigh and looked back to Louis. He smiled and gave my thigh a reassuring squeeze.

"You're right." I laid my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes. "Do I have to go in right away or-"

"Yes, Jess," he laughed. I sat back up and opened the door as slow as humanly possible.

"Ok. If I don't make it out alive just know I love you," I said leaning halfway in the car.

"I love you babe," he chuckled. I quickly gave him a kiss on the lips and pulled myself out of the car. "Call me later, ok?"

"Ok," I said closing the door. I walked up to the front door, almost slipping on ice one front porch. I pushed open the door to save myself from falling on my butt.

"Oh shit," I muttered as I fell in the door. I landed on my knees in the front doorway, quickly getting up and dusting myself off. Suddenly someone cleared their throat.

I turned to the living room to see my mom and my dad actually sitting with each other, not beside each other but in the same room. And on a weekend none the less. But there was something that angered me deeply. It was the tall brunette woman sitting beside my father, her hand holding his. She was dressed in a tight black skirt and a red blouse. I knew what this was.

My mothers face eyes widened dramatically, and my father cleared his throat again.

"Hi Jess, Todd told me you weren't coming home till later," she stuttered. She shifted awkwardly on the couch. The other woman just stared at me. I could now tell how young she was. I knew what this was and it was disgusting.

"Plans change," I growled. I was sending dagger eyes at my father.

"Well um I guess maybe we should discuss this all together then," she stuttered smoothing out her skirt. A longer, looser version of the brunettes.

"Where is Todd?" I asked. I ignored her comment completely.

"He is at work," my dad chimed in. Shut up shut up shut up, I mentally cursed at him.

"Sit down Jess," my mom demanded.

"No I don't want to. I know what this is and I don't want to." I kicked off my boots and started to walk to my room.

"Jess we should discuss this," my father boomed. I whipped back around.

"What? Do you think I'm stupid? Do you not think I realize what this is? What you two are?!" I yelled.

"Jess this is more complicated than you realize," my father groaned. I was starting to anger him.

"No it's not! She's the whore you are leaving mom for, how much more complicated can it get!" I screamed. My mom looked embarrassed by my outburst but she didn't disagree, the unknown woman looked a little offended. My dad on the other hand did not take it too well.

"You watch your mouth young lady!" he yelled standing up. He didn't take too much to get angry. I wish Todd was here to be the referee.

"You can't tell me what to do!"
