"Are you going to school today?" I heard Louis say.
"No I don't want to," I mumbled, still half asleep.
"Ok well I have to go to class now, I'll see you in a few hours." I felt his lips press against cheek and he was gone. I really don't want to go to school. I mean I should but I just don't feel like it. It seems
like when my life is going good, something has got to come along and ruin it. I was happy for once. Everything was good with Louis and I and Tyler hasn't bothered me in awhile. I was excited and looking forward to the future but now I'm not.
And I don't like that feeling.
I pulled the covers over my head burying myself. What was I going to do?
Louis' P.O.V.
"Lou! Lou!" someone yelled from behind. I turned around to see Todd walking towards me. Oh fuck. I sighed and rolled my eyes.
"Hey Todd," I said timidly. I have no idea what he is going to say.
"What's going on with my sister?" he asked. Wow he just gets right to it.
"I don't really know Todd. She's really upset about your dad...."
"I know," he closed his eyes and let out a deep breath," Do you think she'll come home tomorrow?"
"I don't know Todd she hasn't said anything about it. Look I really need to get to class...." I tried to turn around but he grabbed my forearm bringing back around.
"I need you to convince her. Maybe bring her by the house tonight?" He looked so desperate. Fuck.
"I can't do that, you know her."
"You said something to get her back so I know you can say something to bring her home." Shit he was right.
"I'll try, but I can't make any promises," I mumbled.
"Thanks Louis. You're......" he paused. What was he going to say? You're a good friend? Good boyfriend? Those would be lies. What friend takes advantage of their friends little sister? "Never mind. I'll see you tonight hopefully."
"Ya...tonight."
...
Jess' P.O.V.
I looked out my window to see my house come into view. Wait my house..... Louis told me we were going to get something to eat.
"Wait. Louis why are we stopping at my house?" I asked. We better just be driving by.
It was silent and Louis wouldn't make any eye contact. "Louis?" I asked again. He pulled in my driveway and stopped. "Louis you better be fucking joking," I growled. I closed my eyes, almost like when I opened them my house would be gone and replaced with Louis'.
"Just hear me out ok?" he said turning in the seat.
"No! Take me back! I don't want to be here!"
"You need to talk about things instead of running away!" he raised his voice at me.
"Fine!" I yelled. I didn't want to argue anymore. I opened the door and got out.
"Do you want me to come with-"
"No, just go," I said cutting him off and then slammed the door behind me. I looked back and he was rolling his eyes at me.
I swung open the door to my house, expecting my parents to be sitting in the living room, the same arrangement as when I walked in last time. But there was no one and the lights were turned off.
