You wake up at about 1 in the morning. You grain as you look at the clock. Smoothly climbing out of the bed you decide to get a small snack. Luckily, you had been quite enough to not wake Mitch up. You smile, looking at him as you close the door and head down the stairs.
You flip the light switch on when you make it to the kitchen. There had surprisingly been leftover chips from lunch. You pour yourself a bowl and turn the light back off, heading for the couch. You sit down and start to snack debating whether or not you should head back to bed. You would say yes but decide no for two reasons. 1: it was awkward spending a whole night with Mitch. That was why you couldn't fall asleep. And the latter was the second reason. You knew you wouldn't be able to fall asleep.
As you finish off the small bowl of chips you head back into the kitchen, turning the light on. Just as your about to turn it off and head back into the living room someone walks into the kitchen. Kirstie. She smiles. "I thought it would be you."
You smirk. "Can't sleep?" She just looks down laughing then looks back at you. "For obvious reasons." You join in the laughter. As you stop you offer to get her something. "Call me insane but coffee sounds good."
You just shake your head. "Actually that does sound good. I think I'll make some for both of us." She thanks you and you get to work. You have a small conversation about both of your "love" lives. If you wanted to even call them that.
"So. You told Avi anything yet?" You ask. "What do you mean?" She asks. But you know she knows why you mean. Her face was red. "You know I know." She looks at you for a second determined not to give up. You have a little staring contest for a minute. Being an actor you and an upper hand at it. She looks away blushing even more.
"No I haven't told Avi anything yet. That's why I can't sleep. I can't handle the pressure anymore while sleeping in the same room together. Its driving me crazy." She says. You just give a considerate smile. "Isn't it obvious! Or should I say Avi-ous. He likes you. Did you not see the blush on his face earlier?"
She looks up at you confused. "No. Wait. Do you really think he might like me back?" You smile. "Definitely." You hand her, her coffee and start to make yours. "Enough of me and my crush. What about you and Mitch. Anything happen?"
Offended you look over at her. "No! We haven't even been dating for a week! Other then a kiss good night no." She rolls her eyes giving you a look that says 'do I look stupid?' "Than how come you can't sleep?" You don't know what to tell her. She just keeps going on.
"You may not have done anything but come on. Pardon the pun but, Can't Sleep Love. That's what you've got. You love him don't you?" You stare at her dumbfounded. "You may not want to admit it, and I know you haven't been together long, but you've known him longer then any of us. Excluding Scott. You know him well enough. Don't lie to me. I won't tell any of them." She gives you the puppy dog eyes.
Its not the eyes that make you give in. It's the fact that one, she would keep pestering you about it, and two, it would bug you to death not to tell anyone. "I guess I do." You say looking down. You feel the blush spread across your face until you bet you look like a ripe strawberry. Instead of freaking out like you thought she would she walks over to you.
"Doesn't it feel good to let it out?" She's smiling when you look up at her. You let out a small smile. "Yeah I guess it does."
"Okay. So now that we have that out, why don't we binge watch some Netflix. I think Mitch's mom brought over some ice cream. (F/ice cream) if I'm correct." You smile at the mention of it. Your mouth starts to water and you dart to the freezer. You open it up and pull out the beloved container.
"Okay if this is what makes people gain weight, I could live with being fat." You say grinning like an idiot. You go to grab some bowls for the two of you but she just holds up two spoons. "Might as well eat it out of the container." She smiles at you and you grab a spoon. You grab the coffee and head into the living room to turn on Netflix for the two of you.
As you go to the search bar you have an idea but want to check with her first. "Hey. Way do you want to watch? Anything action based?" Her eyes light up. "What about Game Of Thrones?" You shake your head. "I was thinking Hobbit. That sound good?" She thinks and says yes. So you type in Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug. Little did Kirstie know you had also been in this one.
After you get to the part with the elves and Orlando bloom she says something. "Hey. Doesn't that actor look familiar?" You smirk. You know what she means but purposely get it wrong. "Who Orlando Bloom?" She shakes her head and looks back at the screen and then to you. "That one right...wait a second is that you!!!" You break into a huge grin.
"OMG you've worked with Orlando Bloom! You are my new favorite person. Not that you weren't already but man that is awesome." You just laugh at her.
At least someone had realized it was you. Most people wouldn't notice because of the hairline, face shape, and special effects. You didn't have the best features of an elf, but they made it work since you were a great actor. It was a fun movie to film, even if you weren't one of the main characters.
