I would have wrote and essay
As I was assigned
One about a hero's mind
But this information I could not find
Because my brain is one of pain
There is not trace of bravery
So how must I describe heroism if it is foreign to me
If there is supposed to be a hero in us all
Then mine must be very small
If a hero is formed from trauma and turned into a star
Then how have I not gotten very far.
For my life is supported by lies
And battle cries
That push me off the edge
A hero is not easily
tripped over the ledge
So these cracks from impact
Shows my giving in
A hero should embrace this race
And pace mistakes
Unlike me
Because fault is my foundation
I would have wrote an essay
About hero's mind
But this information
