Chapter 6

~Ski's P.O.V.

When it hit 2:42 I got all my stuff and went to the girls locker rooms to change in my volleyball practice clothes. A whole bunch of girls were in there too.

I wore some black volleyball short shorts, white volleyball shirt, and had my hair in a ponytail with a hair band around my head to keep the little strands of hair out of my face.

I put all of my stuff in my locker, and left the locker room. I go out to the gym and started stretching. Desmond comes up to me "so Ski where is he hmm?" He said helping me stretch my legs "he's coming just watch.... Hey I thought you lisp" I said wondering "I've been working on it since lunch ."

Me, Bee, Desmond, and Jake were all practicing together in a circle. I kept looking at the bleachers to see if he was here yet and wasn't.

~Zak' P.O.V.

By the time I arrived at the school it was 2:50. I parked my car and walked to the office "hi, can you tell where the volleyball practice is taking place" I said to the lady at the desk "yes it's in that gym right over there" she was pointing outside to a big building "okay, thank you." I walk back outside towards the gym.

I open the door and walk inside and see them practicing with a couple of boys. Once that door slapped shut they looked back at me and ran towards me "hi Zak. Glad you came" Bee said giving me a hug "yea" Ski said hugging me too.

The boys that they were practicing with came running towards us "see told you Desmond. He was coming to practice" Ski said "yea you too Jake" Bee said.

"Okay Bee you were right" I guess that was Jake that said that. "I told you, you were going to say that."

"I love your show so much. Me and Ski watch it together at my house on Fridays" Desmond said "me and Bee watch it at my house on Fridays" Jake said.

"Well it's nice meeting you guys" I said "you too. We didn't believe them when they said that you dropped them off here. Did you" Desmond said smiling "yea I did and bought them a doughnut on the way here" I said.

"Okay now we know its true. We have to get back to practice. Come on guys" Ski said grabbing Desmond and Bee's hand. They went back to the volleyball net and started spiking.

They were good like...really good.

I go sit on the bleachers and a whole bunch of fans came up to me. I'm going to admit it I was kinda annoyed just a little. They wanted autographs, pictures an everything, but I did it to make them happy.

They left and started practicing again. I miss being in high school all the memories I had.

As I was watching Ski play her shirt lifted up and I saw she had a bruise on her lower stomach. It looked purple and green.

Was she punched in the stomach?

Was that why her stomach was hurting this morning?

They're getting abused at home. I got to talk them, they have to tell me what happen so I can help them.
