Gender: Male, although he really doesn't identify as either.

Physical Description: His build is thin, especially so about the waist, and his shoulders aren't broad like his father's, or his mother's, for that matter. He tends to wear loose clothing which he thinks makes him look thicker, but only has the opposite effect. Additionally, he's quite short, and is towered over by the burliest of hormonal teenage girls in the district. In fact, he's often mistaken for those same teenage girls, as his hair comes down to his chest, shrouding his face in a veil of cascading black locks. He never pulls it back, and tangles form throughout the day, creating a rat's nest by the end of it. His eyes are a bright, bodacious blue, and if it weren't for his wide mouth and boyish features, he may have been able to pass for female.

Personality: Garlic is raw. What this means is that he has no filter, and whatever pops into his mind will pop out of his mouth mere seconds after. He has no self control when it comes to making quick judgments on people, or when it comes to getting something he wants. Nothing has ever been handed to him on a silver platter, but there's something going on in the circuits of his brain that tell him that if he wants something, he'll get it. And, in most cases, he does. Nothing will deter him from something once his mind is set on it. He is stone-cold, not empathetic in the slightest, and has a poor sense of moral code.

Past: He claims he's never once shed a tear, not even when he exploded forth from his mother's womb. If someone has the rare honor of knowing him on a personal level, they'd agree. From a young age, Garlic has been on his own, disowned by his family. He goes about his day pretending they don't exist, and they are fully content to do the same. As a result, he's become a nomad, travelling from place to place in the district, never staying in one place for more than a day. People often find him asleep in the bottom of their boats, or curled up in corner of a train car. They run him off, but Garlic sees it only as a game, one he's not ready to give up just yet.

Strength/Weakness: Because of his lifestyle, he's picked up a few valuable skills, such as finding food when there's none. However, allies would be near impossible to make due to his lack of experience with people, and his personality in general.
