So I know ne of the guys knew about mom and Jeff, but I did. And I almost started crying again when I saw that only mom was home. And she was crying. "Elizabeth, what's wrong?" Asked White.

"Nothing, I'm fine," she relied.

"Elizabeth, you're crying. Something's wrong." Said Billie.

"No, don't worry about it, it's nothing." Billie cast a suspicious glance at me. Mike went over to my mom. I couldn't hear what he said, but I heard, "Nikki told," and then I couldn't hear the rest, but I'm pretty sure he was telling her that he knew because then she nodded and went to talk to him. I stayed in the living room, all eyes on me. Wow this was going to be dramatic.

ELIZABETH'S POV :

Mike took me in my room and patted my back. I kept crying. "How'd you know?" I asked.

"Nikki told me," he replied. I nodded and cried into my hands. "So, were you just at court?" I nodded and cried even more.

"If you don't wanna talk about it, you don't have to."

"No I want to," I replied.

"You are just like your daughter," he laughed. "She told me everything. About Jeff," I shivered at his name, "ha she shivered, too, but I said Dad not Jeff," I started crying even more, "Woah, what's wrong?"

"The man I just divorced is the father of my daughter! He is a horrible man. I can't imagine how much pain Nikki must be in." I sobbed into my hands.

"She is very sad. She was crying all last night. Well, until we had a party. Don't worry no alcohol. And it was only us, no one else."

I sighed. "I can't believe myself! I'm a horrible mother. She wasn't even there when we got divorced. I was trying to protect her because I thought it would be too hard for her. How am I gonna raise her all by myself?"

"What about your mom?" He asked. I cried even more, if that was possible.

"She died a year ago." I said.

"If you don't mind me asking, how did she die?"

"She took her life for Nikki." I replied. He was shocked. His eyes widened. His mouth dropped.

"What was happening to Nikki?" He asked, cautiously. I sobbed my eyes out.

"She was about to get raped," I sobbed into my knees and cried. Then the door opened and Nikki stuck her head in.

NIKKI'S POV:

I walked into my mom's room and peeped my head through the door. Her and Mike looked up. I could see that Mike was in deep thought. His eyes were glued on me. I wonder what my mom had told him. "Uh mom?" I said.

"Yes, sweetheart?" she said.

"They wanna know what's going on," I said. She nodded and I went back into the living room, where the guys were guessing what was happening. I yelled and they all turned their heads. "My parents just got back from court," I said. I saw some of their eyes widen and some had expressions that said 'continue'. People can be so stupid. "They just got...got..." I burst out in tears. Freese came over.

"They just got divorced, dumb-asses!" he said, directed to the people who still had a confused look on their faces. I sobbed into my shirt and held my knees to my chest. "It's ok," said Freese, "It'll get better. You'll be able to see your dad."

"No one gets it, do they? I don't WANT to see my dad!" I said, "He betrayed me and my mom! He betrayed me for my whole life! Doesn't anyone get that?! HE CHEATED ON MY MOM!" I yelled at them, then started crying again, turning my head towards the wall.

"Is that all he did?" Asked Billie, "Did he do anything else?" I had a feeling he already knew. I sighed. I guess I was gonna tell it again. I nodded at Billie's question. "What'd he do?"

"You better sit down," I said. I told them everything about my dad. How he used to do drugs, how he threatened to kill someone, etc.

"Wow, you've got a screwed up life," said Tre. White slapped him on the back of his head.

"Yea and that's why I didn't want you to know!" I said. "Now all of you think I'm a creep."

"No we don't," said Freese.

"Yea, most of us have screwed up lives," said Billie, "Did you know that when I was-" I cut him off.

"I don't need to know. Hearing other people's problems doesn't solve mine." And right on timing, Mike and my mom walked out of her room.

"Hey, Liz," said White.

"Nikki told us everything," said Tre, then adding, "she's such a big mouth." I was about to slap him when my mom laughed. I stared at her. She never laughed. That was the first time she's ever laughed since, well, a long time. She continued laughing for a while and then I started laughing. I was very well aware everyone else was staring at us like psychos, but I didn't care. We were laughing! "You know it wasn't that funny," said Tre.

"No it's not that," I said, "but we haven't laughed in five years!"
