Against all odds

Elijah stood watching out of the window into the night. He moved slightly as he heard Rebekah storming to. the drawing room where he was.

"Klaus said you're leaving?? After everything you are just going to leave?? And Elena? I thought you would at least stay for her!!"

Elujah moved pensively towards his agitated sister.

"There's mothing left for me here. We are against all odds!"- Elijah said as he kissed his sisters forhead for a goodbye.

In Elena's house

"Bonnie called- like thousand tumes -you forgot your phone"- Jeremy said.

"Not now-"- Elena said rumning up the stairs to her bedroom leaving her brother cluless. Finally, as she was in the comfort of her four wals she crushed down as the emotions took the toll.

Flashback

"I didn't mean for this to happen"- Elena said-"I have never wanted you dead!! Elijah!"

"You looked straight in the face and you lied to me, Elena!"

"Elijah- I- don't -"

"Please, don't. I could hear your heartbeat. It jumps every time-"

He looked at her with hurt and disappointment in his eyes and swished away from the woods.

"Elijah-"- Elena uttered with tears flowing down her face.
