Chapter 8:Missing Part

I waited for Chris' answer but he seems quiet. I don't know why and I can't understand his face. Ilang months na rin kaming friends nito kaya kilalang kilala ko na to eh. Minsan nga iniisip ng ibang tao na kami na.

He's dazed off while walking until I waved my hand infront of his eyes.

"Hello? Ang sarap naman kausap ng sarili ko diba." I sarcastically said. "Ang galing siguro kung sasagutin ko rin yung sarili kong tanong. Wow ha"

Nagising na sya sa katotohanan at sinabing "Sorry wala lang ako sa sarili ko. Andami ko lang kasing iniisip. Ano nga ulit yun?"

"Hay nako. I'm asking if what is the puzzle that I need to complete in my life." I explained to him as we continue to walk.

"It depends on you. If something is missing to you or if you feel that there's something lost to you,it is the part in your life that you need to complete. Gets?" He explained.

"Ahh ganun pala yun. Okay. Slow ko talaga."
"Sige na Zia. Andito na sundo mo oh. Umuwi ka na. Be careful ha" he said as he sent me off outside the gates.

While i'm inside the car,I kept thinking,"What is that thing? What is the thing that is missing in my life?"

Bukod naman kasi sa pamilya kong nasa ibang bansa,walang kulang sakin. I got big cars,good phone,modern house and anything that a girl needs.

So ano pang kukulang sakin? Nasaakin naman ang pamilya ko eh. Nasa ibang bansa nga lang. Complete na rin yung buhay ko actually. Since i'm happy with my life.

What is the missing part? Please someone tell meeee!

I opened my facebook as I lie down on my bed before doing my assignments. After all,maaga pa naman eh.

I looked at the chatbox if online ang 2 kong kaibigang si Faye at Bianca. I miss this 2 girls. We haven't talked for months since I transferred school. We lost communication but we know in ourselves that we're still the best of friends.

And because they're online,I thought that I have to send them a message on our GC.

"Frends! Miss ko na kayo!"
Maya-maya pa ay na-seen na nila to. For sure mamaya lang magre-reply na sila. And there it is.

"Miss ka na rin namin Zia!" Bati ni Bianca. "Ano,may problema ba?"

"Oo eh. Grabe..." I added, "Maybe alam nyo answer dito so I sent you a message" I said to them. Asan na kaya si Faye? Puro seen,kaloka.

"Hay nako. Anong problem yan? Anong answer-answer?" Sa wakas nag-reply na rin si Faye! "Mamaya math problem pala yan ah. Tigil-tigilan mo kami"

"Oy grabe naman hindi ah." I denied since it's not a math problem. "So here it is.."

"Ano? Dali! We can help for sure!" Pagmamadali sakin ni Bianca.

"Eto na nga eh wait kasi." I replied. "Eh kasi someone told me that his letter is somewhat a hint for the missing part in my puzzle. So i'm confused of what is that missing part. And I know naman na yung puzzle is yung buhay ko"

"Ano frend? Lalaki ba yan ha?" Gulat na sabi ni Faye. She added, "Ikaw ha. Kaalis mo lang dito ganyan ka na"

"Oo nga" Bianca replied.

"DI AH! Just answer my mysterious question" I followed up.

"Ano ka ba gurl. Simpleng simple lang naman yang tanong mo eh." Faye said.

"So ano nga?"
"The missing part in your life is a boy,right? It is. Since you have it all,a guy that will be with you forever is the only missing part in your puzzle" Faye explained to me while Bianca keeps seenzoning the both of us.

"Tama yun Zia." Bianca added, "Maybe he's the guy that will complete your life. Of course it's a hint na may gusto na sya sayo kasi dun sa note na you're telling us. Ano ba kasi nakalagay dun?"

So I told them Carl's letter on the sticky note. They were shocked since it's so cheesy.

"Ikaw girl ha. Sino yan?"
"Sweet naman frend"

"Malalaman nyo rin someday" I told them since kilala nila si Carl na alam din nilang kinai-inlove-an ko since then.

"Ano ba yan"
"Ayy!"
"Sige na kasi" pamimilit nung dalawa.

"Someday na lang ha. I have to go na. There's a bunch of assignments eh" so I turned my cellphone off and headed to my desk to start my assignments.
