AN: Thanks for being there for me since the beginning.

Taalia's POV~

I went to Nadirah's house and didn't leave Naasir for a second. Adam tried to feed him a few times but I always ended up taking the bottle from him and feeding my precious little nephew. Nadirah had invited our whole family over to try out these new recipes her mother-in-law had taught her. The food turned out delicious MashaAllah! After packing up a bunch of the food for us, I had to part ways with my dear nieces and nephews. Raza had been acting weird the whole time, occasionally looking at me then smiling or hugging me out of nowhere. What a weirdo.

When I woke up the next day, Misha was sitting at the foot of my bed with a wide smile on her face. I raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"What's with you? Why are you here?" I asked, sitting up straight.

"Wow, rude, can't I visit my bestest friend in the whole wide world?" she asked pretending to frown.

"You're married to your bestest friend in the whole wide world." I said, lying back down on my pillow and bringing the covers up to my chin.

"I was talking about my other one." She said.

"Aasim is probably at work." I mumbled.

"My FEMALE bestest friend in the whole wide world!" Misha exclaimed.

"Aleena is in Florida, go visit her there." I said.

"You're rude. Do you want to kick me out that badly?" she pouted. I shrugged then yawned.

"Seriously, girl, why are you here so early in the morning?" I asked, sitting up again when I realized I wouldn't be sleeping any more.

"It's already ten-"

"I'm not married so ten is still early for me." I said. Misha smirked at me then threw her arms around my neck. "Wha- AGH!" I cried.

"Ooh, I know you're not married, but it's okay girl don't cry! Aas- I MEAN uh... never mind." Misha pulled back and I rubbed my neck in confusion.

"Um... okay?" I had no idea what she said since I was still half asleep. Misha cleared her throat and smiled.

"Okay, let's go out! I have planned the PERFECT dinner for all of our families tonight." She said.

"What? Dinner? So suddenly?" I asked.

"Yeah! Everybody is already here, we came about an hour ago." She explained and I stared at her wide eyed.

"You guys came an hour ago and didn't wake me up?!" I exclaimed, hurrying out of bed and rushing to the washroom.

"We didn't want to! You know very well that you need your rest." Misha said as I closed the door.

"Still! I went to bed early yesterday; I've had more than enough rest." I said.

"Oh well, what's done is done. Wear a dress, it's supposed to be warm today!" Misha said.

"This winter is such a disappointment this year, huh?" I laughed.

"I know right! Oh well, thanks to that we can have a picnic!" Misha said and I smiled.

This was a great thing to wake up to.

Alhamdulillah.

"Hurry, Taali Aunty!!" the kids cried as I held onto Dawoud's right hand and Raabiah's left hand. I was wearing Nadirah's baby pouch where Naasir was sleeping peacefully against my chest. I just couldn't get enough of my beautiful nephew. "Uncle Aasi!!" Dawoud cried, looking back as he walked beside me.
