My name is Jeff. People call me Jeff the Killer and I don't blame them. I met a girl who looks like me, only without the burnt off eyelids and the carved smile. But her skin is white and her hair black, her eyes are a beautiful dark red. She has a crooked smile. Not very mug but enough to be noticeable. I knew I liked her when we made our first kill together. No I don't think it's weird.

The night I met her, we went on a killing spree.

" Jeff, I see police." Jenn said. there wasn't any fear in her voice. It was just like she was pointing it out. Looking up ahead, there was police.

"Hm. So there is. Let's go around." I looked at her, something behind her caught my attention. A small shadow. Dismissing it as my imagination, we went around a house. Jenn peeked around a corner, scowled, and came back around, " What is it?"

"I think they saw us. They're coming around." She began to scale the wall. I began to follow her. She got up onto the roof and began to search for a roof access. There was none, " What person doesn't have a roof access? I mean seriously, what if there's a person like me at the front door? How would they escape? Wait! Windows, there are always windows!" I watched her as she searched for a skylight or a window. I took the chance of looking over the edge. There were police everywhere. I quickly stepped back, hoping they didn't see me.

"Yeah, I definitely think they saw us. The police are swarming around here." Jenn momentarily looked up. For a moment our eyes were glued to each other, Jenn then looked away. The next house was two yards away, probably more. If I got a good running start, I could make it, " We should jump the houses. They're not very far apart and the police still think that we are in this house but really we'll be blocks away." Jenn looked at the building on the right, then the one on the left.

" The left one is closer. We should go that way." She pointed out. I backed up, took a deep breath, and ran. At the last possible second, I leaped across. When I hit the pavement on the roof, I rolled. Pain shotup my left leg.

"Damn it! How did I manage to hurt myself?" I cursed myself. Jenn backed up and ran. She leaped and sailed above the alley. For a split second, she stayed in the air, like the world was in slow motion. Then time resumed and she crashed into the roof. Jenn rolled a bit farther than I had, almost falling off. She stood up, walks to their her side, and peered over the edge. She smirked.

" They didn't see us. This one has a roof access!" She walked over to the door and twisted the knob. Locked. Jenn took out a bobby pin from her pocket and picked the lock open. Grinning, she opened the door, " After you." I couldn't help but laugh as she bowed with a flourish. We spent the next few days in the house, waiting for the police to leave. During that time we learned a lot about each other. I remember one particular conversation that we had.

" How'd you get to look like me?" I asked on the second day.

" Well, there were these boys. They were obsessed with you and they wanted to have a 'Jeff' in their town. This was a mere two years ago. I was the only person in the whole school that had a J in their first name, 'cause my name is Jennifer. Now this was a small school, with only about thirty forty students. It was for students that had been expelled from three or more schools. So, I was alone in the science lab and they came in. These particular boys never bothered me before, so I really didn't care. One of them grabbed me and then poured bleach mixed with, vodka mabey? Then the next one stabbed a needle in my neck, on the right side. The last one, there were three, threw a lighter at me and I set on fire. Hurt like h e double hockey sticks. And I think you know the rest of that story." She explained.

" Correct me if I'm wrong but, wasn't that in Fremont?" She nodded, checking outside for what seemed like the hundereth time. When the police finally left, we left the house and went back to my/her house.

"Wow, I never knew how beautiful this town is. And how venerable." Jenn smiled in my direction, I smiled back, " Thanks for showing me,Jeff." Just as we were about to go inside, something was in front of the door. The both of us backed away quickly.

"Who or what, is this?" My thoughts were frantic and unorganized. I hated it when my mind did this.

" Who are you?" Jenn asked, trying to hide the fear and anxiousness in her voice. She scowled, obviously hating when she couldn't control her voice. The thing stepped fully into the light, it was seven feet tall, with red and black skin, all black eyes, and a mouth full of sharp teeth. It had huge horns that spiraled halfway, " What do you want?" The Black eyed beast smiled before answering. it made my stomach drop.

" Jeff."
