it's a funny thing isn't it love. you hear the word and you instantly think: kisses, relationships, marriage. or if you're one of the exceptions you think hurt. you think tears and crying and longing and loneliness. you think of long nights of missing your significant other, wishing...hoping, no begging for them to be there. so what is love? well it's different for everyone. for some it's a coffee on a cold Sunday morning provided by your significant other. personally i hate coffee. for some maybe it's the "i'll miss you" or promises of 'forever and always'. it's unexpected but at the same time it's the only thing expected. it's destined however to fail or succeed it isn't made clear. it's something almost all of us experience at least once in our life if not romantically by a person then platonically with a friend or even with people we've never met. bands, movies, games we devote our lives to; that fill us up with passion and hope. and who said it's only people we share love with, pets, music, food. the amount of times iv'e read a book and fallen in love with a character i can't even count. it's everywhere love. and it can come as a total delight where you feel happier than you've ever felt before, or a storm of emotions that tear you apart to the point where you loose yourself...or anywhere in between. and you can't control it. you can't predict it. sure, you can try and sure it might seem like it's making a difference but in the end what is supposed to happen does. or at least that's what i believe.
