"Uh, no Babe. It's happening now!" sigaw nya as he swooped me up.

"Babe!!!" I shrieked. "Put me down! Nakikiliti ako."

Binuhat nya 'ko hanggang sa makarating kami sa kwarto sa taas.

"Walang tanggi-tanggi sa'kin." Ibinaba nya ako sa kama. "Ambigat mo."

"Ha ha. You're just old," biro ko sa kanya.

"Old pala ah!" Kiniliti nya 'ko until I had to beg him to stop.

"Babe naman!"

He stopped. "You're so sexy, and beautiful. I'm so in love with you," Jake said looking into my eyes. "This is married life Babe." Dumapa sya sa'kin, nakatingin lang sa mukha ko, our faces really close.

"Happy ka? In fear?" I asked. "Hindi ka na binata Babe," I reminded him.

"Very happy," sagot nya enunciating every syllable. "Do you still remember how we started?"

How could I forget? "It's in my heart," I answered. "I won't ever forget it."

He looked thoughtful. "Siguro if hindi ka lumandi sa'kin non, single pa rin ako."

"Kapal! 'Kaw kaya lapit ng lapit non!" hampas ko sa kanya.

Hinalikan nya ang cheeks ko. "Eh kasi, crush kita eh," bulong nya. He showed a sweet smile.

Nangiti ako sa kilig nya. "Ang cute mo."

"Ehhh," angal nya. "Mas cute ka!"

"Okay, sige sige, ako na mas cute."

"Sinu-sino na lang bang magbobolahan kundi tayong mag-asawa diba?" he said.

I laughed.

"Grabe, you're my better half now. I'm incomplete without you," he breathed as he studied my face, running his finger through my brows.

"And we're going to have a family soon na sana lahat kamukha mo," I said and kissed his nose. "'Wag lang sanang mag-mana sa'yo ng kakulitan."

"Five? We'll make five? One every year?" he hoped. He's so handsome. Ang swerte ko.

"Ikaw ba ang manganganak ng iba? Ano yun Jake, one every year? Maawa ka naman sa'kin."

"Kaya natin yun! Oh, before I forget, what do you want for your birthday? It's in two weeks."

"Isa lang Babe," sagot ko at ngumiti.

"What? Tell me."

"Yung malaman kong buntis na 'ko."

He smiled. "Say no more!"

Pinupog nya 'ko ng halik. "Nang-gigigil ka naman eh," tawa ko.

"Eh what do you want? What mode do you want me? Sexy? Passionate? Romantic?"

"Just you Babe. Gusto ko ng ikaw para makagawa na tayo ng mini-you na kamukhang-kamukha mo."

His eyes smiled. It softened. I saw in his eyes love and gratitude. Siguro kasi happy sya. Happy rin ako, sobra. How can life ruin us now?

He kissed me deep. I got lost in his kiss. Wala na 'kong naisip. I just felt his lips on mine and how he's communicating his love, his presence in his kisses.

The prospect of a mini-Jake got me excited. It made me wet. I want our small family to begin sooner rather than later. Ugh! Excited na 'ko!

His kisses then moved lower. "Ang sarap namang mag-asawa," sabi nya. "You get to do this often and that we have to kasi nga we're going to create Estanislaos."
