We reached in Ethiopia the next day in the evening which meant that we had most probably missed the ceremony. Emma was in the bad mood because of that and thus she spent most of her next few hours sitting in front of her laptop typing in an incredible speed. Meanwhile she sent Josh, Scott and Lucy outside to get the local newspapers or any local news just to see if there were any interruptions during the ceremony... you know if there were any random group of ghouls devouring all the mortal souls. You will be surprised as to how much time it took us to gather that information. There in not much population in a middle of the desert just a few villages which were located really far away from each other.

There was no news of any attack or of anything actually. The people who had conducted the ceremony were already on their way back to LA their home. Scott and Lucy arrived early and there were still no sigh of Josh anywhere, even they did not have any news.

Emma gave up in the end and said,

"How about we go and check it ourselves if we find blood or any other sign of violence then we consider that the Globe is already stolen and if we don't, we still have hope. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that they did not rob a dead man in broad daylight."

We were going to leave right away but then Josh ha still not arrived. Soon it was 6:30 and still no sign of him and Emma got impatient by the minute,

"Please remind me after we finish this quest that I will make all of you a tracer so that I can track all of you!! Where is her..."

Well it continued for another half an hour and we were all very concerned about Josh. At last the ship announced,

"Someone is approaching"

Emma immediately checked through one of the huge glass windows of the cockpit and sure enough it was (At least seemed to be Josh). As the doors of the ship opened to let Josh in we all got ready to give him a piece of our mind but even after a few minutes there was still no sign of him nor the elevator. In the end Emma herself decided to go but considering how angry and pissed she looked, Drake and I volunteered to go and check instead.

In the basement we found Josh very much wounded and unconscious. The best guess I could make was that when Josh was searching for any news or anything he got ambushed by the enemy which explained him being so late. Drake did an attempt to carry him but was not successful in doing so and hence I used the floating spell to Carry Josh to the cockpit. I wanted to take him to his room but first I decided to take him to Emma.

As the doors to the elevator opened I saw Emma's face which immediately turned from extremely angry to extremely worried. Everybody gathered around Josh trying to see what had happened to him after I let him sit upright in one of the benches until Emma asked everyone to give him some space to "At least breathe" if I quote her.

Emma checked Josh wound and sighed with relief as she said,

"The wounds are not so deep, he will live. Whoever attacked him had only the intention of hurting him a little like a warning."

"A warning?" Charlie asked confused.

"Yes a warning. As if the enemy is trying to tell us to keep out of their way. That is the only thing which seems reasonable to me now and if what I think is true then they have still not stolen the Globe."

"Or what if Josh intercepted the enemy when they were actually getting away with the globe, and when he tried to stop them they did this." Drake suggested.

"Hmm... I definitely like my version better. Anyways, Lucy take Josh to his room and put a healing spell on him. Scott, Brittney and Drake, you three will go with me to the Grave meanwhile Charlie and Catherine will look after Octave."

"But why can't all of us go?" Catherine asked.

"Because Josh need to heal which is why Lucy will stay behind, to heal him. Charlie knows all about the defences of Octave so he also will stay behind to look after the Octave."

"What about me?"

"Well, Catherine you are really good at combat and not to forget at making of strategies that's why you will stay behind to help Charlie in the defence."

"Ohk I get it now... Wait was that a compliment?" Catherine asked surprised. We all were actually Emma never really compliments anybody, at least for us it was a first. "

"Okay now as I said Drake, Brittney and Scott come with me" Emma said ignoring Catherine's question.

Lucy (Along with Josh) got into the elevator with us while Catherine and Charlie remained in the cockpit, she got off with Josh on the seconded floor as we went to the basement and atlas left the ship. Emma had the map that maddam had shown us.

The graveyard was creepier than you can imagine, there was too much fog around and it was really, really very cold out there. Fog is never a good sign in our world. Most of the time the fog is poisonous, sometimes they can put was to a sleep immediately. I didn't want to take any chance and hence I formed a shield around all the four of us.

The other three did not exactly get the fact that there was a shield around to protect them as they instead thought that they were trapped or something (We supernatural beings deal with a lot of paranoia) because they tried their best to break the shield until I informed them,

"Relax guys! I built the shield cause we don't know if the fog is poisonous or not!" I whispered.

"Oh... Good thinking Brittney but next time, consider giving us a warning first." Emma whispered back to me. (Making me feel quite stupid actually)

We soon reached the marble tomb which seemed to be untouched actually but we weren't sure if the Globe was still inside with the dead man inside. The four of us were thinking the same thing,

"How do we know that the globe is still inside?" Drake asked Emma.

"To be honest, I have no clue." Emma answered confused as we all were.

"Do you think we have to dig up the body...?" Scott suggested.

I was going to answer to that question when we all heard a voice from behind us.

"Why, that's an absolute treacherous thing to do."

We at once turned around all ready to fight instead we found a young and very beautiful lady sitting on a throne (Which had seemed to have appeared out of nowhere) with a chaplet bound round her head. She had two torches one in each hand and she seemed luminous... I mean it appeared as if she was glowing in the dark.

I did not know who she was but I was sure that she was not mortal. Emma was the first one to recognize her,

"Goddess Hecate!?"

"At last someone recognizes me! Nobody seems to do now days!" The goddess said pleased.

If you don't know who she is, Goddess Hecate is the Greek goddess of magic and crossroads. Wizards actually worship her. (If you want to know more, Google her.. m not Wikipedia.)

"Well, it really is a pleasure to have guests after so many decades. Now why are you four here?" Hecate said suddenly meaning business.

Emma answered her quite simply informing her that we were looking for a replica of Divine Globe which was supposed to be inside the marble tomb,

"Oh... Is the Replica really in demand now days? Am sorry dear but the Globe you are looking for is already taken."

"Oh... I see we were late. Is there any way you know where they went?" Emma asked her.

"Sure I do... They used a portal with magic so I know where they are."

"Can you please then open a portal to where they went?" Scott pleaded to the goddess.

"Oh Dear, opening a portal requires a lot of magic you know, but There shouldn't be a problem... Wait I know you people... Are you not the students of Medusa ... Ok where was I? Ah... Yes... as you should know I use only pure magic, I can't help you much. You see great magic comes from a noble sacrifice. So I need a sacrifice to do magic or else me being a minor God, I am forbidden to use magic to help you." She informed us quite casually.
