Chapter 15

Emma pov

When I turned around and saw Asher standing there frozen with a blow pop in his mouth my world collapsed. Not only was I gonna lose my mate, but my best friend just found out the biggest secret that I've been keeping from him. I was going to die hated but at least I'd be with Jude, which was one thing to look forward to right?

"A-Asher" I called him but he started quiet. He might not have been scared of snakes, but a horse sized wolf definitely had to scare the shit out of him

"See that kid isn't too bad looking you'll move on fine" the women said holding her dagger about to stab Jude

"No stop it, Jude do something" I cried wanting him to at least try and fight back

"That's Jude?" Asher asked not sounding too happy

"I-it is, but I didn't- I" I started not knowing what to say. Everything was just so messed up

"You know this wolf?" a man asked and Asher nodded

"He took your friend away didn't he?" he asked smirking and my heart dropped when Asher nodded

"You want to do it?" the women asked and I saw my whole world crumble as I saw Asher step forward

"Asher please don't" I cried struggling with the net, but he only looked at me for a second before continuing walking while Jude made a low growl

"He's just a monster he doesn't deserve to live" a man told him

"They've done nothing but hurt us" the other said just as the women gave Asher the dagger

"No Asher he's not like that please don't do this" I cried more praying that he wouldn't do it

"Right here it's the softest spot, keep your arms straight and take off your shades to look him in the eye" the women instructed Asher ignoring me and he took his shades off and staring down at Jude with a cold stare

"Asher don't" I cried just as I saw him smirk

"Some guard dog" he said raising the dagger up and like that it all happened at once. I saw the two men fall over unconscious and Asher stab the women in the chest with the dagger

"w-what?" she asked as her took it out and blood gushed down her suite

"I don't kill puppies" Asher said before it out of her hand and throwing the dagger in my direction. I thought he was going to kill me too, but he made the dagger slice the rope just enough for me to let through

"A-Asher" I called scared while he wiped the blood on his pants and took out a blow pop

"He's gonna die if he keeps bleeding" Asher said taking his phone out and Jude shifted back naked and bleeding

"Jude, are you ok?" I exclaimed running over to him looking at all the wounds

"i-im fine" he reassured me, but he was already starting to get cold

"Here" Asher said throwing a tube at me

"What is this?" I asked looking at it confused

"Pretty sure baldy healed with it" he said like it was no big deal, but it meant so much to me

"Jude hurry up and drink this" I said uncapping it and helping him drink, when he was done the color returned to his face and his breathing got better but he was still bleeding

"Why isn't it working?" I shouted worried

"Silver bullets, werewolf" was all Asher said leaning against a tree like nothing was going on around him
