"G-good morning, young master!" bati ng maid namin.
"Hi! Where's dad?" casual kong tanong. After so many years ngayon lang ulit ako nakatapak sa bahay namin. Ito yung bahay kung saan ako lumaki. In here, are the happy memories I shared with my family before.
"He's in the library," the maid answered still in shock seeing me.
I tap her shoulder and walk pass her to go to the library.
After ng family dinner namin nag decide akong puntahan si daddy para mag pasalamat sa pag attend niya ng concert.
Papasok na dapat ako ng library ng mapansin kong nakaawang yung pinto. Akmang itutulak ko na ito ng marinig ko ang pangalang hindi ko inaasahang marinig.
"Are you done with Shinreé Aquino?" tanong ng pamilyar na tinig.
Nakatalikod sa may pinto ang lalaki kaya hindi ko siya nakita. Si daddy lang ang nakikita ko na nakaharap sa direksyon nitong pinto.
"I attended Taka's concert with my family and of course her," dad said seriously. "She's perfect and I like her for my son."
Tumawa ang lalaking nakatalikod sa direksyon ko. "Of course she will be perfect. She's worth than a diamond. We need her and let's make sure that she will marry your son first."
Nalaglag ang panga ko sa narinig. Parang gumuho yung mundo pabagsak sa'kin.
What the hell are they talking about? How did this guy knew about Shinreé? What the hell are they plotting with Shinreé and me?
"Just make sure to follow my lead Mori or else everyone will be hurt."
I clenched my teeth. I am so aggravated and I want to punch him as hard as I can but I know I can't. I know him too well and he's a very dangerous man. I can't afford to lose Shinreé just because of this man.
Hindi ko matanggap na ganyan pala ang totoo niyang pagkatao. Siya na nagturo sa'kin ng self-defense. Siya na naging kasangga ko sa maraming bagay. How did he end up being a monster? Or he is already a monster hiding in his mask.
I need to be very careful from now on. I need to work on my own. Kaya naman pala nagtataka ako kung paanong napapayag ni Shinreé na umattend ng concert si dad.. is it because of this? DAFVCK!
For the last time, I stared at my dad's face... and I don't know how to explain this. This is so frigging annoying!
