[Tobias]
Her laughs fill the vacant room, the beautiful sound bouncing off of the white walls meeting my ears and it sends a delightful shiver down my spine. My fingers keep working against her sides, pinning my hips against hers. She continues to laugh even after I start to pepper kisses down her neck, she moans but pushes me off of her and I lay down beside her, pulling her to my chest. We both look around the bare room and sigh, "That's it?" Tris whispers, glancing around my old bedroom.
"Yep." I sigh, sitting up to sit up completely with my legs out in front of and my body leaning on my arms. A lot has changed in the three weeks. I got accepted in W.M.C. and I was beyond ecstatic. Tris got accepted in University of Chicago, U.O.C. Our future is laid out for us like a red carpet and we have yet to start it. Will ended up staying in Chicago and is going to U.O.C with Tris, Lynn, and Christina. At least I know one of my friends are able to look after Tris when I'm gone. Shauna and Zeke are going to Springfield for college, and Marlene and Uriah are only going a few miles away to go to Naperville. I am the only one that's actually leaving Illinois, even Lynn is staying. "That's it, the next house I'm going to live in is ours." I pull Tris to her feet, pressing a kiss to her nose.
"Ours?" Tris questions with a giggle, masking the tears that are forming in her eyes, "You mean like, a cape cod?" I can't help but to laugh and wipe her tears from her beautiful face..
"Yes, Tris, our home. I don't care what it is, as long as I'm with you then we could live in a box." I kiss her on the mouth, relishing the feeling of her pink lips against mine. Just as she tilts her head to the side, we hear Zeke shouting at the bottom of the steps. Marcus was ecstatic when I told him that I was leaving, so excited that every mishap during the week that I did, he would beat me just for the hell of it. So, I'm pretty sore, but as long as I get kisses from my girlfriend, I'm fine.
"We're coming!" Tris pulls away from me, pressing a final kiss to my lips before smiling, "I love you."
"I love you too," I whisper against her lips. We both retreat down the steps to see all of our friends leaning against my Hummer, a few scattered as they sit on the steps.
"All packed up buddy!" Uriah gleams as he shuts the trunk. Uriah, Shauna, Marlene, and Zeke are leaving today. But, I have to get there first to make sure that I get my room and check in. Tris wraps her arm around my waist and I smile at everyone.
"I made you cookies for the road!" Natalie smiles, handing me a bag of delicious chocolate cookies. "Please keep in touch with us, Four." She smiles once more before hugging me and goes to have a conversation with Stephanie, Christina's mother.
"See you on Thanksgiving break, bro!" I see Tris' shoulders slump in the corner of my eye, Uriah jumps in my arms and gives me a big hug and pat on the back. "Bye!" Marlene also gives me a hug and they both go to the porch where they engage in a conversation with the two parents.
"Bye," Christina pulls me into a hug, "You cheat on Tris, when I see you I will punch you in the face." She whispers in my ear and I chuckle.
I get hugs from the rest of our friends, Zeke clinging more on to me than the rest did, then, Tris steps ahead. She smiles, wiping her face before she dives head straight into my body and I close my eyes and hold her close to me for the last time, "I miss you already." I press a kiss to her nose.
She smiles and looks up to me, tears blurring her beautiful eyes, "I love you." She whispers and presses a kiss to my lips and pulls away quickly. We hug each other for what seems like an eternity but lasts only a minute, she lets me go and backs away. I bid my goodbyes to everyone before I am driving away.
I look out the window to see everyone waving at me, but I pay close attention to Tris. She smiles and blows me a kiss, mouthing me to call her later. I nod and smile at her, gripping the steering wheel tightly, hoping that I made the right decision. My body screams for her. Just one more kiss, one more word, one more glance, one more.
