-2 Months Later-
"Oof," The figure falls to the ground and I look down to see Lauren, we both burst into laughter together. "Four, you jacka*s! You have been bumping into me since the second day of school. Is there something you want to tell me?" She stands to her feet and places her hands on her hips. Lauren is one of my friends along with Gabe here at W.M.C.
"Sorry about that, I wasn't paying attention." I tell her, and we both start walking towards the dorm halls, "Like every other time." She and I say at the same time and I glare at her playfully. Today is the day that I go home for Thanksgiving break. School has been going by in a slow frenzy and I just wanted to go home so I can kiss my girlfriend. I come home next Tuesday and then take my exams and I don't come home again until December 1st which isn't a long distance between now and then. I've been doing well with my grades and from the looks of it, I will only need two years to qualify for some jobs.
"I'm like the tallest girl in our freshmen class, how could you not see me?" She deadpans and I chuckle at her. I've grown accustomed to being around her and Gabe. Gabe is more of the partyer and hangs around with the football players and girls while Lauren and I joke about everyone here and the teachers. "You going home early?"
"Yeah, Tris doesn't know I'm coming home earlier than expected. She thought I was going to come home on Friday. But I am going to come home tonight and surprise her there." Lauren gives me a smile and brief hug before we part our ways. Thanksgiving is on Friday, which is tomorrow, but I am going to get there so I can help her with the food. All of our friends are even coming down and we are having a large dinner at Tris' place.
When I get to my dorm I grab my bags that are already packed and I start to make my way up to the cars when I run into Gabe, "Hey man! Leaving already?" He questions with a nudge on my shoulder.
"Yeah," I nod my head, "You know that I'm not from here. I'm gonna leave now so I can see Tris."
"Alright, hope you get there safe. Text me when you get in to Chicago." He waves at me and clasps his hand on my shoulder before turning and returning back to the warm building.

"The turkey looks good." Mom smiles, peaking inside the oven. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and my hair are in giant rollers and my outfit is upstairs laid across my computer chair for tomorrow. Christina came over earlier and did my hair and now it's in curls and in a fishnet bonnet.
Christina and her mom and little sister along with her father are going to come over my house tomorrow to eat dinner with us and once our friends catch up with their family they are coming over for dessert and a movie. Then we are going to hang out together all day Saturday and all day until Monday night.
"Thanks, I'm prepping the sides tonight." I tell her with a smile, wiping my hands on my apron. I feel like a mother, rollers in my hair, and a messy apron tied around my waist. Hopefully this would be the future and then Tobias would walk through those doors and give me a big kiss and goes to freshen up for dinner.
"Great." Mom washes her hands and starts to help me peel the potatoes. "Is Four joining us tomorrow?"
I shrug my shoulders with a sigh, placing the peels in the trashcan the separates myself from my mother, "He should be, but if he gets in late due to holiday traffic. I'll still save him a plate."
"Do you two communicate still?"
"You can just say talk, you know that right?" I chuckle at my mom, "Yes, occasionally. Sometimes he's busy and I'm busy myself. So, we don't talk as much as we used to." Before my mom could open her mouth to say something, there is a knock at the door.
"That might be Caleb from work, I swear he always leaves his keys." Mom shakes her head, wiping her hands on the dish towel and gets up to go to the front door. I hear her give a surprised shriek and I straighten up, placing the peeler on the table and before I could get to my mother, a tall figure steps inside the kitchen and my eyes widen.
[Four]
I pull into their familiar driveway, looking around their neighborhood before I open the door and get out. I walk to their front door and knock on it, I hear grumbling before the door opens and there stands Natalie. She shrieks and gives me a big hug, I place my fingertips over my mouth and she nods her head while I smile. She points to the kitchen and I nod my head at her before I sneak to the kitchen.
I walk inside and I am met with a pair of alluring blue-grey eyes and I feel like my knees are about to buckle and fall to the ground, her pink lips widen into a smile and we both run to each other and grip each other into a hug, I grab her face in between my hands and I press a kiss to her lips rapidly, relishing the feeling of her lips on mine that I missed out for so long.
"What are you doing here?" She asks between our kisses, I smile and give her a hug while Natalie laughs and places her hand on my shoulder and I release Tris, placing my hand on her hip.
"I left early and didn't tell you because I wanted it to be a surprise." I tell her with a chuckle.
"You two go ahead and catch up, I can finish its only a little bit left." Natalie says with a nod of her head.
"Thanks mom!" With that, Tris leads me upstairs to her room where we shared so many memories and moments.
