Cheers erupt from the people who were watching us and I push her back, she falls on her back and glares at me, "What in the hell is wrong with you?" I question, standing to my feet and brushing off my legs. I feel absolutely disgusted and fowl, I wipe my lips and she stands to her feet, "You know I have a girlfriend. Lauren, I. do. not. like. you. So, stop trying. . . drunk or sober." I walk away from her and find Gabe dancing with a girl and I pull him away from her.

"We have to go, I'm ready to go home." He see's that I'm not playing and nods his head, I go to the car and he finds Lauren who is still pissed. The drive home is tense with Gabe asking me what's wrong and Lauren pouting in the back seat. We finally arrive back to the campus and I throw Gabe his keys before I storm off to my dorm. . . I need to talk to Tris.

"This pizza is delicious." Susan tells me as she picks up her second slice from the box. We've really needed this day to just relax and be girls with Christina and Lynn, including myself. She's six months pregnant now and before we know it she's going to have her baby here with her and there isn't going to be anytime for us, "Thanks for having this sleepover. April isn't my favorite month because of all the pollen so being inside today really helps out."

Christina smiles and takes a sip of her drink, "No problem, we just wanted to get some girl time in before the baby comes, so you can be relaxed." We have facials, and mani/pedi's scheduled for tonight. Ever since January, a lot has changed. School is going by much quicker and when Tobias and I talk, it's more positive, going by our New Year's resolution. 2 more months and Tobias will be back home.

His apartment has some new furniture. My mom help me scrap up some money to get him a living room set and every time I get paid, I place money to getting him another piece of furniture. I am now working as a receptionist at a hotel not too far from Tobias' apartment, it gives enough money until I can start searching for another job. I know he's going to be happy when he gets home and see's his apartment with more furniture than he started with.

Christina and Will's apartment is beautiful and perfect, that's why we chose to sleep here. Susan and Caleb are still in school, so that means that Susan's way more tired than usual. This is the perfect thing for her to calm down and relax. They still don't know where they are going to live or how they are going to make things work, but I keep them in my prayers.

Just as Lynn starts the movie, my phone rings and I go to the kitchen seeing that Tobias is calling me. I smile, glad that he's calling me. But, in what state? I don't know. I know that he is going to a party tonight and I wish that I could be there with him and wrap my arms around him, showing all the girls that he's mines. But I'm stuck watching a romance movie with my brother's emotional, pregnant girlfriend, "Hello?" I answer on the third ring and he lets out a sigh of relief.

"Hey, babygirl." I smile at his use of pet name.

"Hey, what's up?"I question, relieved that he isn't drunk or at least tipsy, "How's the party?"

He lets out another sigh, "That's what I'm calling about," My heart hammers against my chest, did he cheat on me? "The party was horrible, everyone was drunk and I told every girl that I had a girlfriend. I even told the first girl that she needs to tell all her friends and all the girls that I wasn't interested."

I chuckle, that sounds just like Tobias. Blunt and to the point, "As I was waiting for the party to end, Lauren came up to me and she was drunk. She told me that I need to leave you and I wasn't hearing it. Tris, she kissed me and I feel so disgusted." I gasp, anger coursing in my body. Ever since Nita tried to break Tobias and I in high school, we've promised to keep each other in the loop and be honest with each other. We don't want to go back where we were the first time, "I pushed her away and have not talked to her since. I had to get the hell out of there Tris, I couldn't stay there anymore. I-I just needed to hear your voice and tell you, no more lies."

"No more lies." I agree and shake my head, "Thank you for calling me, Tobias. It's better to hear it coming out your mouth right away than finding out if I ever visit you there. I hope she gets the hint that you don't like her. She's not going to like it if I come up to Michigan and have to whoop her as-"

"--Tris! Are you coming?" Christina shouts from the living room, I peak my head in the doorway and signal for her to give me one minute and she nods her head.

Tobias and I talk for a few more minutes and he sounds much calmer than he did when he first called me, "I love you." I tell him.

"I love you too, Tris. Always."

shorter chapter, but trust me that I'm working on longer chapters that are least 20+ pages longer and better. Will you like that? tell me in the comments below and once again, thanks for all the comments and love that's being shown towards this series. Being excited for the next book is an understatement! Love all of you, bye! 💕✨🤘🌸
