IM SOOOOO SORRY BUT I HAD TO DO THIS.

Scott didn't know how to help Mitch when he was 3 states away from him. He couldn't watch him or make sure he was okay, because he was still stuck in Arlington. He was so close to his goals, only about a week left in this place. He couldn't wait until he could feel the satisfaction of buying plane tickets. He couldn't wait to surprise Mitch. He had told him three weeks, but it really was only two. He planned on being there a week earlier then Mitch and Kirstie thought to surprise them.

He sent another gift yesterday, a new note written that said: voice of an angel, but afraid of it.

Mitch didn't like talking in front of Scott. He thought he sounded disgusting, so he usually didn't. He would rather text or write in his notebook.

He was sure that they'd know the note was for Mitch now, because Kirstie was anything but afraid of her own voice. She could talk for days and days without stopping.

"Hoying." My boss, Sam, says. "Your phone is ringing. No one is in the shop, so you can answer if you want."

"Okay. Thanks." Scott replies, walking to the back room and quickly answering the phone.

(Incoming call from: Allie)

"Allie!" He says in excitement when answering.

"Steph!" He hears back. Alex had been in Arizona for about a week now, and he was really loving it. He had met some new friends and was staying with his older sister who had moved there. He told her almost everything about what happened at home.

"How is Arizona?" Scott asks, curiously.

"Ten times better than Arlington. Scott, you're going to love when you leave that place."

"Girl, I know. I'm counting down the days."

"Why don't you just leave already?"

"I have a goal and I'm achieving it. $1000 dollars. Should take me until the end of this week and I'll be a week early to surprise Mitch."

"When are you asking him out?"

"Well, not for a little while. We have some talking to do first. Catching up. After that. Maybe, if he says yes again."

"He will say yes."

"Meet any boys? I heard Arizona has cute boys their."

"I met one, not sure where it's going but he is very sweet and fucking hilarious."

"Name?"

"Jake Updegraff."

"Sounds hot."

"Oh, he is."

"Good luck with that, Allie."

"I'm gonna need it. He has a boyfriend."

"Oh shit."

"But I'm pretty sure he wants to break up with him. I met him and he is so clingy and annoying, but it's okay." Sam starts talking to a costumer in the background, letting Scott continue his phone call. "Who is that?"

"My boss."

"When are you not working?" Scott chuckles a little.

"Literally never. I told him I'd work all day and everyday if I could get my job back. It pays a lot more than it used to, though. It's made this process quicker."

"Good for you, Scotty."

"Thanks."

"Jakey is here. We're heading to the mall. Just wanted to check in on my favorite Texas boy." Scott smiles. "I'll talk to you later?"
