26. Darlyn's First Opening Act

2 weeks later

Darlyn was already prepared to get started with the tour. They had finished filming the entire first season and she now had some time off to sing at Big Time Rush's concert as the opening act. She was currently back stage looking at the song list that she had. Seeing the name of one of the songs, she knew exactly what to do. Suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" It was Logan, ready in his concert outfit.

"Great, somewhat nervous though. I'm getting all of these Goosebumps thinking about the fans out there."

"Yeah, it's the nerves. But don't you worry about a thing. Just have fun out there."

"I'll try to."

"Alright. I'll be watching you from back stage."

"Okay." Logan then left to meet the guys and Darlyn stood there looking at the song one more time. After a bit she heard the announcer presenting her.

"And her she is, the girl from the new show called ItGirl, which premieres this week, Darlyn!!"

She headed on stage and saw the entire crowd cheering and clapping. "Hey Rushers! How are you all doing." They all yelled really loud. "Yeah, that's great. You guys all sound super excited. So the first song that I'm gonna sing is a cover of Celine Deon's song, I Surrender. I am actually dedicating this song to someone special in my life. He knows who he is..."

Logan was backstage with the guys, watching her. "Hey, she's talking about you..." Kendall said while playfully punching Logan's arm.

"Nah, you think so?" Logan asked.

"Of course. By the way, how long has it been since you asked her?" Carlos asked as he sat down on the couch.

"About 3 weeks, why?"

James spit out some water from his mouth, right in Carlos' face. "Dude, that's a long time!"

Carlos slapped James' face and quickly got up to wash his face.

"Are you okay Carlos?" Logan asks. Carlos nodded as he went to the sink. "Look James. I don't care how long it takes her. I understand that she is going through a hard time."

"Shhhh! She's about to start," Kendall said. The audience gets quiet.

The crowd was applauding to her. Since this was her very first live performance she started crying a few tears. "Darlyn! Darlyn!" the fans were yelling.

"Thanks you guys. Now, could Logan Henderson please come up to the stage." The fans scream was raising up while hearing Logan's name.

The guys told Logan, who was currently in the restroom, "Dude, she's calling you up on stage!" they all yelled, while hitting the door.

"Oh crap! I'll be out."

"Logan?" Darlyn called out one more time.
