60. The Plan

Logan immediately called the guys and told them to meet him at his girl's house.

About 10 minutes later, the three of them were at the door. "Hey, what's up Logan?" Kendall asked as he walked in.

"What happened that you were so alarmed on the phone?" Carlos asked, following Kendall.

James was a bit pissed off and said, "I hope this is worth me cancelling my date with my new girl!"

"What? You have a new girl?" The three of them asked.

With his arms crossed, James replied, "Yeah, and her name is Peta. Met her at the bar earlier."

"That's cool man. Hope it goes well for you two," Kendall said.

"But you just met her... and you're calling her your girl?" Carlos said.

"GUYS!" Logan yelled so loud that all they heard afterwards outside was crickets. "I know we're happy for James, but can we please get back to why I called you dorks."

"Okay, okay, we're sorry.  Now, what happened?" Carlos asked. Logan sat down on his couch. He buried his face in his hands, breathing in slowly.

"Are you going to tell us? Or are you going to keep on being dramatic?" James exclaimed.

Carlos gave him a push, warning him to calm down. Kendall walked towards Logan, trying to comfort him. Logan looked up and said, "He kidnapped her!"

"Who? Her ex?" Kendall asked. Logan nodded. All of their mouths dropped open. Even James was shocked.

"So, do you have any idea where she might be?" Carlos asked, trying to ease the tension.

"No. I just woke up and she was gone!" Logan wanted to cry, but he chose to stay strong.

"Well, we can't give up. Do you have any ideas as to where they could be? Think like her ex? Where would you take her?" Kendall asked. Logan thought for a moment. He then slowly gave a smirk.

"You dirty minded dork," James said to him. Carlos and Kendall looked confused. "Oh come on now. Think like Logan. What would he do if he kidnapped an ex he still loved?"

Then they both got it. "Wow, it took you two geniuses a while to get that." Logan lightly hit Kendall on the back of his head.

"Hey? Why not Carlos?" Logan stands up and does the same to Carlos.

"Ow!" Carlos touched his head.

Logan turned to face Kendall, "There now, you're happy?" Kendall smiled.

"Okay, so think like her ex... What was his name again?" James asked.

"Alfonso!" Kendall, Carlos, and Logan said at the same time.

"Okay, okay, gees. Don't need to get upset about that." James then took a seat on a couch. "So, Logan, what do you know about Alfonso. Besides that he's Darlyn's ex, he's a heart-breaker, and that he's much stronger than you," James laughed towards the end of his sentence.

Logan then replied, "Very funny James." He turned back to the three of them and answered, "Well, he did steal her wallet once. It was when he offered her dinner at his place. She says she went to the ladies room and when she came out... it was gone."

"Okay, so he's a thief. Go on," Kendall motioned.

"Mmmm, what else? Oh he also cheated on her... With a pretty blonde girl."

"Ooh, then he's a cheater," Carlos added.

"Thanks Captain Obvious," James said.

"Yeah, anyways, he didn't tell her that he did that until after their break-up," Logan added.

"So he's also a liar!" Carlos said, while pointing up in the sky.

Kendall put Carlos's hand down and said, "You're not a real super hero and thanks for solving the mystery."

Carlos, somewhat upset, answered, "You know what? Forget you guys! You're all being mean." He got up, started to head to the door. "I'd rather be at home with my lovely fiance."

Logan caught up to him and said, while grabbing his shoulder, "Wait, Carlos. I really need your help. Please." Carlos turned around, with an upset expression. "My fiance-to-be is in missing. Please help me locate and save her?"

Carlos could not resist helping his best friend out. Especially since it included saving his best friend's girl. "Okay man, I'll do it." He grabs Logan's hand and then heads in for a brotherly hug.

Behind Logan's back, he saw James and Kendall, telling them, "Just stop being so mean to me."

"Deal!" They all said. Carlos and Logan sat back down and continued to brainstorm on where she could be.

Around an hour later, Logan got a text. It was from Esmeralda (his ex) saying: Logan, I saw Darlyn earlier. And it looked like she was being taken by force.

"Guys, Esmeralda found her!" Logan exclaimed.

"Where?" They all asked.

"Hold on. I need to ask."

Text Convo:

Logan: Where exactly?

Esmeralda: At the really tall building. The one where we had the meeting for your bands Boyfriend video.

L: Where's that again? Could you give me the address?

E: Okay. It's 417 N. Lake Ave, 91105

L: Thank u so much. U don't know what this means 2 me :'D

E: Ur welcome. And if u need any help, I'll be here.

L: Thanks, the guys and I are on our way...

End of Convo

"Guys, we gotta go now!" Logan grabbed his keys, while the guys stood still.

"Ugh, first you should tell us where we should go," Kendall mentioned.

Logan then said, "I'll tell you guys in a bit. Just get in the car and let's be on our way!" The four of them ran to the car, with James driving. No way were they letting Logan drive under that condition.

After that, they headed towards the building. Logan thought about his girl, praying that she was safe from that bastard of an ex who stole her.
