❝ she became a victim to my busy schedule ❞

selena sees the three dots show up on her chat between justin and her's messages. her heart beat skipped and her mouth opened in shock, like giving out a silent gasp. justin was typing. but, while waiting nervously for him to finish his text and send it, it disappeared – he deleted everything he wrote.
selena breaks down into a sob once again about justin. it was hurting her every second. she needed him – like he was her aid of heroine. it came to the point where she couldn't go to the red carpet for vma's because she was that depressed – justin didn't go to either, where rumours started sparking about them being together on the day. they wasn't and selena was upset about it, because they possibly could've just spent the day together, but justin was ignoring her. the three dots appears again, but get wiped away.
selena knew he wasn't doing it on accident anymore – he read the messages and continually did, posting on instagram and twitter too. when she came to the realisation about him purposely ignoring her, she thought about messaging him on twitter like it'll work and his imessage isn't. but he read the messages, and she knew perfectly clear it was working – it was just him.
a week and a half was slipping past, and selena hated every damn hour of the day if justin wasn't texting her. she didn't need him before – she thought once – but that was then, when she didn't know what one person's time and presence could cause her to feel.
justin felt it, too. he didn't feel complete if he wasn't texting selena. and the day when they walked on the beach – when he picked her up at her house – his world was crumpling, but she made it all go away. he kept replaying that moment she walked outside, and the grin he didn't know how to ace magically appeared on his face just by seeing her or being in her presence. he needed her as much as she needed him, but he wasn't allowing his feelings getting in the way.

"selena, you've been locked up in here all day!" theresa screamed, wanting to knock sense into selena's head.
"i know, okay!" selena finally grasped her voice after listening to theresa's pointless speech – she thought it was pointless. "i know, i know, i know! do you think i want to feel like this? do you think i do this on purpose as some type of trend? i do-fucking-not!" selena was sitting on the same window seat she had been doing for awhile – ever since she gave up on texting justin.
"you need help, selena," theresa lowers her voice, using a soft tone. selena scoffs. as if she didn't know this already; she knew it every day she woke up.
"leave me alone," she mumbles in response to theresa. selena turns her head back to the sight from the window – it wasn't a beautiful view, but she always forgot what she was staring at when she was alone. the door slams shut, and like it was some type of cue, selena breaks down into another breathless sob.
