The Struggles of my own Incompetence (Big Bang TOP)

What is going on with us?

"Alex, we need to talk" . 

"What about?" I asked, I knew exactly what this conversation would entail. I just didn't know if I was truly ready for it. I walked towards a white seat , in the center of the room waiting for his response. The grey carpet I had failed to notice in the room before had suddenly become quite reflective of my mood.  I waited for him to select the only other chair in the room and sit down, shuffling his seat closer to mine. 

"What is going on with us?" He said forcing my gaze to meet his. He was giving nothing   away on his face which was going to make this conversation all the more difficult. 

"Look, to me this whole thing is sort of a game, it's the same for you right?" I couldn't tell him what I really thought, I knew that if I did it would make things a lot harder when I tried to make the break. A wave of relief washed over me as I had realised I had finally come to a decision as to what I was going to do. Bleak and devastating as it may be I knew I had to go back. I couldn't ruin anyone's futures here. Everyone had worked so hard to get where they were. 

I flinched as I noticed a wave of pain flash wash over his features. 

"You're lying , you have to be!" He exclaimed, his voice breaking slightly as he tried to make a grab at my hand. Pulling away, I swallowed the panic that had begun to surface. Was I really going t do this? I knew I was going to lose everything once I said the next few words.

"You were a good hookup mate, but I only used you for your fame."  Smirking to add extra effect, I tried desperately to ignore the pain in my chest . I made a move to finish changing. 

"You, but, I ... you can't... This... Us... I thought" He responded, losing control over his emotions. Gone was the cocky TOP that used to tease me, confidence shattered he looked at the ground. 

"I can't accept this Alex" He continued, his eyes welling with tears. I couldn't believe I had hurt him so much. 

"Well, you had better" I smirked again before continuing. 

"I had fun playing in the Kpop world for a little while, all thanks to you I got a little fame and well now I guess I'm done" I turned to face the back of the room clutching my chest, the pain was becoming unbearable . I heard him take a sharp breath, his voice completely broken as he uttered what would be his final words to me.

"I'm glad you had fun. I thought we had something real, I guess you were just using me this whole time huh." This was seriously beginning to feel like a K-Drama.  I knew what I was doing was all for him but I really hope it all turns out okay. I turned to face him, cringing internally as I watched him wipe his eyes.

I did this to him. 

He was a mess and I was the one that caused it.

I really needed to deliver the final blow. I couldn't live this lie any longer.  Holding back my own tears, grabbing my stuff I  went to reach for my phone . 

"Thanks for the ride babe, it was fun." I said with a wink walking towards the door.  Tonight I had to come up with some excuse to tell YG so he better not expose my secret.

"Oh and another thing, don't tell anyone about our little secret, will you? I have enough proof on my phone of a tall guy we both know very well molesting me." The truth is I didn't but I had to make sure he didn't divulge anything to the public. I had to go and see YG tonight and I was hoping to play it off as a medical issue to ensure the Ikon boys got into the least amount of trouble possible.

"How did I not see this side of you..." He whispered more to himself in shock. 

"I'll take down Big Bang if I need to sugar, guess it's true that all guys are pretty dumb huh?" I said before running through the door. Tears streaming down my face I made my way to the entrance and signalled to a Taxi. 

It was done.
