So... that's the end of my super long A/N! Please continue to enjoy and support this story! Also for those reading the V fanfic I have planned a few chapters to stay tuned.
Story Start two months later~
Alex's POV
So, you're probably all wondering how I am and what I've been doing.
I guess it doesn't help that the author of my story hasn't really kept everyone updated for the last month.
(A/N: *Cough* Cough* shots fired)
Well, I started a new semester at University and began to learn my way around both the concept of teaching and the fundamentals of the Korean Language.
And So far, I'm smashing all my classes.
Naturally, the reason is closely associated with the fact that I have had to channel all my energy into something.
I'm thankful that I have had something to take my mind off my other life.
I lost all contact with YG and my Ikon family upon entering the country.
I figured it would be better for them too if I disappeared.
Have I stopped writing music?
No.
But my dream of becoming an idol was well and truly over.
I started listening to less kpop, I had to maintain any type of sanity I had established.
I wasn't until a friend of mine had mentioned something briefly about a new song that had made her cry by a famous Kpop group that she had conveniently forgotten the name of.
The title of the track being called "If You".
"Sarah, what do you mean you can't remember the name of the group that sings the song?" I said rolling my eyes. I didn't feel comfortable talking about it the first place to be honest.
"I don't know it's just such a powerful song, here you have to listen to it!" She said throwing a pair of headphones in my face.
"I don't really want to hear it dude. I gotta get to class." I said handing her back her headphones.
"Look I got two V.I.P tickets to their concert tonight so I guess you'll get a chance to hear it there." She said before adding.
"I'll pick you up at six ." Before I could protest she had already walked off.
"All I can do is hope it's an Exo concert or something". I muttered before walking in the direction of my next class.
It might be nice to let my hair down for a night anyway. I really missed the Kpop scene so this could really ease me into it I guess.
I didn't get a chance to really get research anything before the concert and before I knew it it was already 6pm.
The outfit I wore was as above something super simple, but comfortable all the same. Pair that with some basic makeup application a touch of mascara, foundation and concealer and I was ready to go.
Sarah pulled up in her typical P plater car a black Suzuki swift beeping the horn to announce her arrival. Locking the door behind me I jumped in her car not knowing that it would be the biggest mistake I would ever make.
Exo had been blaring in her car which provided me with a decent amount of relief.
I tapped my hand on my lap along with the music as I tried to learn the songs.
"So Alex, we are basically right at the front of the mosh for this concert thanks to my awesome ticket buying skills". She said with a proud smile on her face.
We had arrived at Rod Laver area in a manner of minutes since we both lived in the CBD.
"That's awesome! How much do I owe you for it?". I asked fully intending to pay her back.
"Don't worry about it, my parents paid for it as a gift to you for being such an awesome person to me". Her parents were pretty loaded but I still made myself a mental note to buy them a gift as a thank you.
"You know I don't like it when they do that but thank them for me yeah?" I said as I made a move to get out of the car. By that stage, we had parked in our assigned spot for V.I.Ps and began to make our way to a special entrance.
As we entered the building she handed me a black box which I assumed contained the typical light stick associated with the band. It was dark until we entered our specified seating area.
And that's when I realised, I was in trouble.
"Isn't this awesome!" She yelled over the crowd as we made our way right to the front of the stage."Yeah it is." I cringed knowing that I was in for a night of hiding in a place that was almost impossible to hide.
"Lighten up will you! I know you have loved Big Bang forever! You're going to love Soundcheck!" She replied, tapping me on the shoulder.
A sick feeling entered my stomach as I faced the back of the stage. The funny thing was, it wasn't her tapping me on the shoulder at all.
It was Bobby.
Thanks again all! TOP will feature in the next chapter obviously and I hope to get it out next week! You guys are all super awesome! And I'm sorry I haven't responded to everyone's comments lately! It's super sad that Top's doing his military service :'( but the story will continue!
