Money Is A Root Of All Kinds Of Evil

     For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
     And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.
     But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown in destruction and perdition.
      For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
      But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness.
       Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
             1 Timothy 6:7-12

       The first verse kinda sums everything up.  I don't understand greed, but many don't stop there.  They want money and power, but also want to see others suffer.  Some people, not only with money, in life just want to be better than others.
        You can't take it with you!  Good, generous people don't seem to have too much money.  I just read about Ananias and Sapphira in Acts 5; they died because they withheld money from Peter.  They lied and the Holy Spirit knew.
        Be a good person, but not a foolish one.  God will bless you in whatever capacity He sees fit.  Wealth, in my opinion, comes from the knowing the good LORD and the Bible.
        And if that is not enough, maybe this will help -
           Then Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, "How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God!"
                    Mark 10:23

Tell God you love Him!

The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

     Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.  Please read your Bible. Tell God that you love Him.
