"For Israel had forgotten his Maker,
And has built temples;
Judah also has multiplied fortified
cities;
But I will send fire upon his cities,
And it shall devour his palaces."
Hosea 8:14I have referenced many times how we seem to seek the LORD in times of trouble - I am guilty as everybody else. We need not forget our Maker, ever. God definitely has ways of reminding us.
Right now the stock market is up over 21,000, and the economy is looking up. I know that we have printed way too much money, and the correction is coming. The president is quick to take responsibility, and the tax cut will bring businesses back, but it is way too thin a line to be walking (my opinion only).
Everyone knows that the stock market will correct itself, that is no secret. I am not talking a crash, at least I hope not. Something just doesn't feel right, it is happening too quickly.
The word deceive (or forms of it) keep popping up. Hey, I want everything to be peaceful; but I know better. God is not gonna excuse our behavior because the economy is better.
I have a few more things to say, but I will save them for later. God is the one I look to; He is the only one that knows what is going on. Make sure to tell God that you love Him.The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Please read your Bible.
