One Question - How Did God Feel?

who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications, with vehement cries and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His godly fear,
though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things He suffered.
And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,
called by God as High Priest "according to the order of Melchizedek,"
                     Hebrews 5:7-10

I have posted this passage already in My Highlighted Bible Verses, but am obviously missing something.  This happened three entries ago - I opened to the same passage.  I won't explain my methods again, but will say that I don't choose these.
     Trying to figure out who Melchizedek was my focus in the other entry; so yeah, I am missing something - Jesus.  The more I read this, the more confused I get.  So I will read it again; it didn't help.  I will explain what is troubling me - the cries and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and the word obedience.
      I have often wondered what Jesus went through and how horrific it was for Him.  Jesus was like any ordinary man when He was crucified.  Yes, He had powers, but only to help people, to heal people.  So Jesus was helpless on the cross; this is getting painful to write.
     Jesus knew that He must die for our sins, so I think that is where obedience comes in.  He had to be obedient to God His Father; furthermore, finish God's prophecy - to die for sins of all men.
     Think how God felt - listening to His Son crying out to Him while being nailed to a cross.  Now how should we feel - this was all done for us.  Tell God that you love Him.

The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

     Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.  Please read your Bible.
